About discussion 1:
The project topic is service improvement within the health care sector. It has been
observed that due to lack of proper communication the service offered may get hampered. The
project is aimed at discussed the communication improvement that is needed in the post
anesthesia care unit for the pediatric parents postoperatively (Szopik-Depczyńska and Lanfranchi
2016). The key problems that are identified within the discussion about the project are that
Doveton private faces issues with managing the child care. There is a need to integrate proper
non pharmacological methods for enhancing the treatment procedure. The project solutions are
considered to be efficient and will be able to resolve the issues faced by thee hospital. The
resolutions that are suggested includes vibrating bracelets, central communicating system, proper
education and designing a suitable family room for providing better support towards the family.
After evaluating the project it can be stated that there is a need to integrate properly the measures
that will enhance the services offered by the healthcare sector. The project focuses on improving
the communication process between the PACU staff and awaiting parents by introduction of
efficient communication gadgets (Sipes 2019). In order to assess the success that has been
achieved with this project, it is important to identify the rate of depression and mental condition
of the child and their parents. By the end of the project it is expected that the communication
system will be enhanced that will engage maximum parents for treating their child. Project
management knowledge is very much crucial as this helps in ensuring that the project has been
executed with proper support and within the estimated budget. The benchmark will be set by the

The topic area for this project is delivery of an education package. The project is
concerned with developing a simulation orientation package for transitioning student. The main
problem that is identified within the project is there is a high issue with managing the
transitioning new graduate nurses. There is a need to manage the simulation exercise so that it
becomes easy to improve the process efficiently. The project aims at offering a better support
towards the new graduate transitioning nurses. There is a need to be safe and knowledgeable
practitioners so that they can offer efficient support towards the health organization (Alla Pazos
and DelAguila 2017). After evaluation the discussion it can be stated that there was a need to
highlight the solution part under a different section so that it becomes easy to manage the
performance. The project aims at addressing the characteristics and experience that must be
present within a new graduate nurse. There is a need to have proper knowledge among the new
graduate nurses so that they can work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment. The
project is concerned entirely on delivering thee quality, safety and effectiveness with which the
surgical patients can be managed. With proper simulation exercises it becomes easy to manage
the performance. The student has evaluated the essential components in alignment with the
project management components. Project management concepts are used for managing the
overall simulation process for managing the transitioning student system. The project aims at
offering a better standardized way of orienting transitioning nurses. With effective
