INTRODUCTION
Project management have defined as the process with application of knowledge which
have positive level of impacts to project manager. This will helps in to have proper level of
accomplishment of related task level which is considered achieving of objectives in efficient
and effective way. This process helps in making business justified to respective level of
investment by proper evaluating the company objectives. The present report is about
organizing of the indoor level of sporting events in London in the month of July. There is
major level of improvement of universalist which makes the events more successful in
effective and efficient manner. Current assignment will have proper level of explanation of
theoretical frameworks within project environment. Furthermore, it will produce project
initiation document (PID) for this event. In addition, study will measure and control the risk
involve in this entire activity.
Project initiation document
Project title To organizing of the indoor level of sporting events in London in
the month of the July. This will have the proper level of
development in business perspective in proper way of initiating the
idea of events in more appropriates understanding.
Background The company is about to have the proper planning which is required
to develop the inter-universities Olympic in more appropriates
manner. The events are properly planned with taking care all the
aspects to have significant perfection indoor level of sporting events
in London.
Purpose The main level of agenda is to have proper level of understanding
the Higher Education Institutions. This events will have major level
of considerations to allowed increasing level of interaction among
the universities. This majorly have accomplished the specificity of
mission and vision of company in more effective way.
The university will have the healthy level of composition in
accomplishment to have the student in relieving stress and improve
their mental health. It will increase a level of feasibility and
development in essentials skill which is required to have overall

effectiveness and effciency.
Objectives  To increase profitability of company by developing such an
event in the marketplace
 To enhance loyalty of stakeholders along with overall
developmental of business.
 The events will have the major level of interlining of talents
management along with competitiveness in the student. This
will help in personality development.
 The benefits include increased active involvement, less
boredom among high achievers, and improved teamwork.
Students will learn that the real world is competitive.
Project scope Organizing an event as Olympic in increasing the inter- universities
composition will be turned out beneficial for company as well as
stakeholders. This will create opportunity for student to be more
effective .
This events will helps increase the level of awareness regarding
importance of communication and interpersonal skill development
among students.
The scope of project will have effective in developing better
relationship and understanding among university student.

This event will exclude will be the general scope which is more
preservative of business. People who will be excluded from the
scope of business is about the general citizen. This will helps in
making the suitableness in project organizing at different business

These are the resources which will not considered as effective in
developing the business idea of organizing Olympics business to
have the overall developmental of company. These will have
