A large property investor in UK wishes to renovate his house. It is desired by the investor to
restrict the costs to minimum value and therefore, only one worker is assigned to a specific
activity at a particular instance. There are numerous tasks that will be involved in the
renovation process. The duration and flow of each of these tasks is provided by the investor.
The report includes the network diagram, critical path, and schedule details along with the
information on risk management and managerial activities for the project.
