Introduction
The paper intends to discuss the analysis of the Enterprise Environmental factors and
evaluate the impact of this factors on the project management. The enterprise environmental
factors are external and internal factors that are out of control of the organization and effects the
success of the project (Shaul & Tauber, 2013). The internal factors included in the enterprise
environmental factors are the project manager, project members, culture, resources, customer,
structure and the stakeholders. The external factors that affect the EEF are social, political, legal,
economic and environmental. The concerned company for the analysis of this project is Quasar
Communication Inc. The Quasar communication is a leading communication based company,
and they have a 350 million dollar division of international communication system. The
company is concerned about efficient project management of the Research and development
department, small customer project and the large customer project and capital equipment project
management. The paper would provide the strategies to implement the actions required for
efficient project management and the communication plan for stakeholders.
Discussion
The Enterprise Environmental factors are the unfavorable conditions which are not in the control
of the organization and can influence the project management. The EEF is both internal and
external in nature. The consideration of enterprise environmental factors is important at the
initialization of the project (Walker, 2015). This paper will consider the Quasar Communication,
Inc. which is the largest communication company in order to present the impact analysis.

Management
External Factors:
The factors that affect the organization from outside or which are external to the
organizational entities are called external factors. The various examples of external factors can
be social, political, legal, economic and environmental. The external factors affecting the project
management can be described with the help of PESTLE analysis.
Political Factors: The research and development department of Quasar are trying to introduce
new technologies and products which are likely to get affected by the current political scenario
of Israel. The foreign trade policies can affect the export and import of the products and services
of Quasar Communication Inc. The consequences of these political factors can be changed in the
infrastructure of the company, trade policies and productivity (Carvalho, Patah & Souza, 2015).
Economic Factors: The economic factors that affect the communication based company quasar
are increasing the productivity of developing countries, increase in the rate of interest,
availability of labor and globalization. The company is required to assess the economic status
and fluctuation report of the country with whom they are dealing.
Social Factors: There is a demand for quality products with the improvement in communication
technology, and this situation increases the competition for Quasar. The awareness of ethics and
is essential for a communication based company as it is important to provide privacy to the
customers. The impact of the social factors can be that the company requires modification in

different organization and government agencies. The consequences of the legal factors on the
Quasar are that they should increase consumer protection and should abide by legislations for
immigration laws.
Internal Factors
The factors that affect the organization internally are the project manager, project
members, culture, resources, customer, structure and the stakeholders. The various internal
factors that affect the project management in Quasar Inc. can be described in terms of weakness
and opportunities as follows:
Customers: Customers of Quasar Inc. are the significant internal factor that affects the project of
the company. The impact analysis of customers can be achieved by understanding the weakness
and opportunities of the company. The problems that can be faced by the customers are lack of
engagement, a sudden change in project and delay in the delivery. The opportunities that the
company can provide are enhanced technology, quality products and better services to the
customers.
Project Management and Team Members: The project and team members can affect the
control over the manager over the project. The threat of project management and team to the
