Procurement Plan
Scope and Completion Time: This goal can be helped by implementing a design leadership
scheme using a data scheme. A server-client network link with 20 computers installed in
Windows10 and containing project management software will be the main demands for this
project. The overall estimated completion time for this project is assumed 69 days.
Requirement: For the completion of this project, requirements are 20 computer PCs with
windows 10 installed on them. These PCs will be then connected to a network using a Server-
Client connection. Project management software will be installed in each of the PC.
Implementation Sequence: Implementation will be according to the process defined in Gantt
chart. first of all the server and network connection will be implemented and after that PCs
will be assembled and installed with windows 10 in them. After that, the project management
software will be installed on each PC.
Equipment Package: Required equipment will be, 20 PCs, modem, network connection,
windows 10 and project management software.
Implementation Method: Suggested implementation method for this project is Agile
methodology (Tenstepadmin, 2016).

company with no information systems. This is less often because without them it becomes
more and harder to operate. If something is changing in a company (perhaps it creates fresh
goods or has a fresh place), a fresh data scheme is often needed.
Here, to implement the information system, various project management methods like Agile,
Waterfall, Prince2 are assessed. These methods are compared with contrast in this report.
Compared in contrast basically aimed so that the best methodology for this approach of
project management can be achieved. After a comparison of various methods of project
management, the best suitable methodology is defined in this report.

Introduction
The ICT used by an organization and the way people interact with the setting to aid the
processes of the enterprise is an information system. Some authors obviously differentiate
between IT, hardware and company procedures. In this venture, a data scheme can be
implemented to install project leadership tools in the Windows 10 enabled applications.
These 20 PCs should be designed and linked to a network for connection to a prevalent
network of all these 20 PCs. These PCs will be clients and one server would be there to
operate these PCs.
Various design leadership techniques such as Agile, Waterfall and Prince2 will be evaluated
here to execute the Information system. In this study, these techniques are likened to the
comparison. In comparison, this strategy aims essentially to achieve the finest methodology
for this strategy. The finest approach is defined after comparing different techniques for
design leadership. Comparison of these various technologies in the way of working and
providing results for the same is essential. Agile suits best for these kinds of projects.
