Project Management of an Integrated Resort in Singapore: Analysis

This project delves into the project management of an Integrated Resort (IR) in Singapore, examining the economic, social, and environmental factors involved. The study reviews project management principles and concepts, analyzing the development work's impact on the economy, local community, and visitors. It incorporates three case studies of IRs in Southeast Asia and utilizes primary data collected from surveys of local residents to assess the environmental and social impacts. Quantitative data analysis, including statistical methods and regression analysis, is performed on the collected data. The project provides recommendations, suggesting the implementation of construction policies and government support to maximize benefits and financial gains. The project also includes an overview of the background of Singapore's IR development, the aim and objectives of the study, research questions, methodology, data analysis, results, and conclusions, with a focus on value creation opportunities and stakeholder interests.
