4. Conclusion
Through completion of the internship program, this internship is to working in an environment which fill foster learning and skill development
within 10 weeks’ period, using available resources, knowledge sharing, and working in diverse environment in achieving personal and
organisation growth.
I also managed to identify the project team members, responsible matrix, task list, and produced Gantt Chart/WBS/timeline for each project that
I am involved with. The obstacles I faced during my project management internship is the limited access to get information about project
budget, which hard to determine the success of the projects.
Although I was involved in 3 running projects, but the project that I enjoy participating the most is Annual Graduate Management Awards
Australia (GMAA) Sponsorship 2019 Project. The main reason because this project requires project management knowledge and I able to use
my IT skills such multimedia design and website design to complete the tasks. The stakeholders satisfied with the work I done for this GMAA
annual project.
Further I have developed skills in various area, by contributed not only being part of projects team member, but also active in assisting
marketing and administrative with their daily tasks. Therefore, not only understanding on how prominent for organisation to follow the standard
compliance, gain further and better professional competence in diverse environment, technical skills, but also soft skills.
