Executive summary
This study has highlighted the project management and the development of information
technology for building a high technological IT centre in the city centre. The project manager
gave this project to build a proper IT project in a land which is situated in the capital city. The
owner of the land is investing $ 120 million for developing an advanced technological IT hub in
the city. However, the project manager and the team members need to develop proper planning
for the new construction of this project and do the project more successfully. On the other side,
this study evaluated the project description and success criteria for the project. It also

Introduction
Background of the project
This study illustrates the development of new high-tech technology in the city for
building a new technological hub in the city. However, the project manager should focus on the
overall budgetary plan for the project and understand the way they can develop more high
technological IT farms in the city centre. According to Bondarenko et al. (2018), the land is
selected only for building a new technological hub with approving the money of $120 million for
the new IT centre. Besides that, the owner will add 40 million additional funds for the high
technological IT centre in the place. On the other side, the IT sector will be built with new and
advanced technology and will include the latest high technological IT support in the centre. The
project managers of this project need to identify the project developing procedures of the whole
project and develop the project successfully (Marnewick & Langerman, 2018). The project
manager of this project is going to provide a project charter report by analysing the overall
project objectives and success criteria for this project.
Aim and objectives
The aim of the project is to submit a project execution plan for the development of this
project with high technological support in the capital city.

project. As opined by Tymchenkoet al. (2020), in order to develop the project successfully the
company needs to evaluate the budget summary and develop the planning for the project. On the
other side, the company needs to focus on building a proper team for doing the project more
effectively. The project manager needs to focus on the overall management procedures of the
project and construct the project more effectively. On the other side, they need to focus on the
requirements for the project and understand the project risk which may hamper the overall
project. Besides that, the project manager needs to justify all its project budget for spending the
money for the proper purpose of this project. On the other side, the team members of the project
need to understand the construction procedures and understand the planning for developing the
project successfully.

The main objective of the project manager helps in building the construction of the
