Executive summary
This study has highlighted the project management and the development of information
technology for building a high technological IT centre in the city centre. The project manager

Introduction
Background of the project
This study illustrates the development of new high-tech technology in the city for
building a new technological hub in the city. However, the project manager should focus on the
overall budgetary plan for the project and understand the way they can develop more high
