Project and Project Management: I came to realize that there are many types of project such as construction, software development, event and program
management, web page development, and service implementation. All these projects have to be managed and planned under some constraints and
limitations. From the study I came to realize that Project management is the concept of setting some standards and principles for the development of the

operations of the project and development of the operations of the project for successful completion of the activities. It is possible for the implication of the
improved services and development of the system operations.
Project Success: The project success is implied as the completion of the project activities for implying the effective and improved project success and
management. I realized that for the success of the project, it should be completed in the estimated time and duration.
Successful Project: The development of 60L green building is an example of a successful project. The project was carried on for developing an eco friendly
