Advantage in Administration of the project involves understanding regarding advantage, purpose, and goals before obligating specific resources. It makes
sure that the undertaking which is only required for giving advantages increasing the investment of money and time. It also ensures that the development of
project is effective with all the desired phases which start from planning to ending. It also supports in providing with the methodology which is difficult in
order to define accurate and stimulating timeframe as well as the budget for the accomplishment of project. An appropriate execution procedure regarding
scope and objectives of project changes so as to reduce any type of risk or issue which is associated with the variations of product.
The life cycle of project contains effective and essential stages for achieving project’s success. It starts with conceptualization phase and then there is a
requirement of planning phase in regards with execution of project. At the end, there is an effective need for termination stage. In the starting stage, there is
the establishment of business case, analysis of feasible study, recognition of project charter, project group selection, setting up of project office and review in
regards with achievement phase. In the stage of planning, plans regarding quality, resource, project, acceptance, and threat are done plus strategy of
procurement and communication is framed. In the stage of execution, there should be a proper control on acceptance, risk, cost, issue, time, communication,
excellence, procurement, and threat. In the stage of closure, the project must be wind up and proper review should be done.
