1. Overview of the business case
The main focus is on the organization “Lee Harrison Trust” which is one of the
multimillion charitable foundation in Australia. The organization aims to properly improve both
the social as well as community well being within the communities which have higher than
average level of poverty. The LHT have the objective of supporting the different community
projects for the poorer community for giving proper care, education as well as welfare to the
young people. In order to achieve this aims and objectives, LHT offers $500,000 every year to
the different community groups who are able to demonstrate the most viable projects which will
further be helpful in building proper relationship by successfully breaking the entire barriers of
the community. It is found that Greyville which is a small town in the Blue city is divided into
parts. Within the older areas of the town, the people who stay are poor and have dilapidated
house as the rate of crime in that area is quite high. The families who stays in older areas of the
town suffer from different types of issues including finances, unemployment and health. The
June Green who is one of the politicians of that area wants to open a clinic for the poorer people
of that area so that they can able to get good quality of medical health facility for avoiding health
issue. If LFT funds $500,000 then proper healthcare facility can be provided to the poor people
who does not have appropriate medical facility and therefore faces a lot of health-related issues
and challenges.

2. Project scope
As per the project team, the entire project scope is divided into two categories which are
in-scope and out-scope.
In -scope

Getting funds from the charity organization
Making all the arrangement for opening clinic

Arranging all the basic medicines and equipment’s which are required
