1. Introduction
The Levi jeans were a market failure and therefore the main aim of the project is to create
a proper project management plan for turning them into success. The paper provides an
opportunity of conducting research in order to determine the cost, international factors and the
culture of Levi’s in order to determine the factors due to which Levi Jeans faced failure.
Additionally, the paper reflects steps that are required to be used as per IPECC for making the
entire project successful. Furthermore, the success criteria of the project are illustrated and the
