Role Responsibilities
Project manager The project manager will plan and monitor all the
processes and approve the plans
project sponsor The project sponsor have invested in the project
and is responsible for approving the budget
project owner The project will approve the project plan proposed
by the project plan
Civil engineer The civil engineer will identify all the
requirements and specifications for the
lounge. The civil engineer will supervise the
work as per the guidelines provide by the key
stakeholders of the organization as per
international standard. The monitoring and
alteration of the changes will also be executed
under the expert supervision of the civil

Interior Designer The interior designer will create an ambience
for the employees so that they can relax by
developing soothing décor.
