INTRODUCTION
As the globalization has increased, the demands of the customers in terms of variety also have
been increased. It can be supported by the fact that the increasing globalization in the market
resulted in the awareness of the customers regarding the latest products and services across
the globe. In order to increase the sales, the organizations need to analyze the demands of the
customers and according to that, the production must be done (Turner, 2014). Globalization is
the factor which drives changes in the business process. In this report, the analysis of the new
product of the Marks & Spencer will be carried out which will be launched in Australia. Marks
& Spencer is an apparel sector organisation based in the UK (M & S, 2019). The organisation
provides clothing for people of every age group. The analysis of the launching will be carried
out from the aspect of a project manager. The aim of the report is to carry out the management
of a successful business project.

apparel and clothing sector is degrading day by day. Being the 2 of the most populated

and clothing business leading the world are based in India and China. There are many factors
which are responsible for this condition of the SMEs in EU. One of the main factors is the R&D
department and the lack of initiative of the organizations in financing the innovative steps. Only
13% of the SMEs of the EU is conducting successful Research and development program in the
apparel and clothing sector (Harrison and Lock, 2017).
It is difficult to predict the policy of the European textile and apparel industries. On the other
hand, the findings of many of the researchers are indicating that India and China are going to
dominate the world trade in the sector of clothing and apparel. Focusing on this situation of the
EU countries in the field of Clothing and apparel sector there are some safety measures which
are implemented by the government of UK and other European countries to strengthen the
business of clothing and stand up against the competitive market of India and China.
The aim of the Marks & Spencer can be associated with the condition of the small scale
industries in the EU as the condition of the clothing sector is not much effective in European
countries. Since the product is to be launched in Australia there will be some relaxation as the
business of the EU in Australian continent is quite good and effective as compared to the other
countries (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017).
According to Elias (2017) till the end of 2017, it was found out that the changes in the apparel
