1 INTRODUCTION
The report is based on explaining three of the learning outcomes such as explaining of the
reasons behind adoption of project management methodologies by the organization. Second
learning outcome is based on analysing the impact of the project management methodologies
on the stakeholders and final outcome is to provide justifications of the elements of project
management methodologies to meet with needs of the organization.
2 COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
2.1 Learning Outcome 1: Explain reasons why organisations adopt Project Management
Methodologies
The project management methodologies are adopted by the organization to define the roles
and responsibilities of the project team members in respect for each project activities. There
are various project teams into the organization which manage the project in efficient manner.
Using the methodologies, effective decisions are to be taken otherwise there is delay into the
project (Binder 2016). Into the project initiation phase, there is common set of project
processes which ensures that the teams as well as stakeholders are expected to deliver the
project on time to their client.
The project management methods are followed to help avoiding the common situations which
are raised from failing to manage the project. The methods provide project management
framework for managing the tasks which are required to be done (Bongiovanni et al. 2015).
As the project work is relied on people, therefore roles and responsibilities of the team
members are perfectly defined. An effective method helps to manage the project scope and
project deliverables.
Summary
The project management methodologies are implemented of specifications into the customer
requirements, concept, creation of the physical products and validation along with product
installation. It is collaborated effectively to provide required project works.
Evidence
I have used of project methodologies while I am working in a project which helps me to take

and Kerzner 2017). Controlling is done to provide corrective measures to the project quality
and closing is done with documented acceptance of the project results.
The project manager plans the project from staring to finishing, following the progress of the
business in time by means of flexible management tools. The project management methods
are proved to be time consuming and suitable for making changes into business environment.
When the project has limited time and money, then it is maintained by project scheduling.
The methodologies which we are used to deliver the project are applying of various project
management principles, frameworks, processes as well as standards which help to provide the
structure to deliver. I have mainly used of PRINC2 methodologies to conduct any project
work (Binder 2016). This particular methodology controls the project work. It divides any
project into various stages such as plan along with processes which are to be followed. The
methodologies which are defined the inputs along with outputs to each of the project stages.
The project board is owned of the project work to get success.
