The main focus of the portfolio is on the
significance of the plan which is related to
continuous improvement taking into
consideration various business organisation.
It is directly identified that the plan which is
related to continuous improvement can be
related to a set of activity which is designed
for implementing various type of
improvement. The improvement are majorly
seen in the sector of product and the services,
product and on different processes with the
help of size which are constant. The concept
is normally applied within the aspect of the
project for completing standard of quality so
that good income can be achieved through
the concept. Proper technique and tool
utilization are very much important in the
sector of quality program implementation.
It can be stated that the chapter which is
related to recent development in the context
of the project management development
helps in the sector of defining how the
different practices relating to project
management is increasing daily.
I have gained knowledge in the sector of
the utilization of the 7QC can be very much
effective for the aspect of commercial
success in most of the companies. Taking

tools are widely used for both the sector of

purpose of identification.

I personally believe the aspect of continuous.
The aspect can be considered to be very
much effective in a way of making oneself
better in context of perspective which are
different. Effective knowledge can be
achieved from the concept which not only
helps in the sector of enhancing the capability
of individual but also takes into consideration
the ability of an individual to work. In my
personal life the continuous improvement
plan has helped me a lot.
The aspect of continuous improvement can
be considered to be quite beneficial in a
way of providing proper level opportunity.
The lectures which I have attended in class
was very much beneficial in a way of
improving my standard of working which
would be beneficial in the future as well.
