1 INTRODUCTION
Project management is a process which is associated with making of plans in order to complete various tasks and this helps a lot in easy implementation
and management of the project. Project management helps a lot in delivering a project in a successful way. Besides this it is also easy to understand the
impact that the methodology is having which has been chosen for the purpose of selecting the project stakeholders and also the major elements
which is followed by the usage of the project management methodology in order to achieve success in any organization. The project’s success is
totally dependent on the appropriate governance of the project and in this the project manager are associated with playing a very vital role in for
the purpose of ensuring success of the project. The consolidated portfolio has been prepared in order to reflect the learning outcomes of the
course that has been conducted in consecutive weeks. The learning experiences from the course has been discussed in the following parts of the

system which is generally used to do something. Before beginning of any project, we need the project management tools which is appropriate along with a
good team, and we also must know how you’re going to run the project. Some projects lend themselves to certain methodologies. Sometimes it’s at the
preference of the project manager. By passing of time I understood the different kind of benefits that an organization would be getting by making use of the
different project management methodologies and this would be initiallu be responsible for helping in the aking of plans which are effective and would also be

created by the project management which would be helping a lot in the propagation of the information in an easy way and would also be helping
in the preparation of progress report which is to be provided to the stakeholders involved in the project. Stakeholders play a vital role in any kind
of project who are having an impact upon the project. The choice of stakeholders is a very challenging task. In the whole course we have been
learning about the way of selecting the stakeholders.

In order to do this it is very much important that the scope of the project should be identified. For this reason it is very much essential to consider
the scope of project which is a major part of the project management methodology which are adopted any organization. The prohject might be
executed in an unexpected way or might also get delayed if the identification of the scope is not done in a proper way. After the completion of
the course I have also understood that planning of the project should be done in a proper way which would be acting as one of the significant

3 DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
Throughout 12 weeks of learning about project management methodologies, I have understood the fundamental knowledge about the

management methodologies has also been taught to us in a proper way. Considering all the key element also needs to be done during the process

target to achieve the project.
The planning is responsibility of the project manager to
segregate and allot the work packages to the employees in
the organisation.
The work is structured and divided into smaller groups.
Role of executive during planning.
Executives have to choose the project manager who has
both planning and executing skills.
Executives must not propose the milestones which are not
achievable.
If the task is divided in smaller groups, then
there is a clear goal for the employees and
they can focus on the work without having
any confusion.
The work which is divided can provide
detailed emphasis to the employee and
he/she can improve the situation by using the
experience which they acquired.

There is a need of considering the
Continuous improvement when the
organisation is associated with
undergoing various type of change
occurring from current state to the state
of future.
So it is very important for any of the
organisation to make sure of the fact each
and every employees are associated with
retention of the same mindset.
Adapting to the new system is not an easy
process while implementation is being
done, besides this there exists various
change models which are in practice by
the organisation in order to ensure that all
the changes are managed in a well
professional manner.
Implementing a change in the
organisation will be needing a lot
of approvals, and this is mainly
because of the fact that in an
organisation there are certain
rules and objectives which are
needed in order to achieve the
tasks, which are defined earlier.
They are not capable of adapting

due to this reason changes are to
be made in periodic arrangements
