What are the

Kerzner
Chapter 4, & 8;
The project managers
are the project
functional entities. The
project successful
accomplishment relies
on the project manager
skills and abilities. The
good project manager
must possess adequate
leadership, managerial
and team work skills. He
must be good at
communicating with his
peers and subordinates
and should know how to
bind his team members.
These skills are
necessary to develop a
complete project in a
given time proposal that
is up to the client’s
requirements.
From the provided
content, I have learnt that
a good project manager
should be a good

difficult situations. The
project manager should
always be open to learn

Change does not take place directly in any
projects but it may request due to the changing
demand of the consumers.
Yes, there were many phases in my life when I
required changing myself.
Initially I was not that much interactive and
cooperative in nature. However, once when I
became a class monitor I need to change
myself from the introvert personality to a
extrovert one as I had to interact with all my
classmates.
In order to measure the skills and
knowledge of the project team members at
the very initiation of the project
development the project manager should
take examination to check whether the
applied candidates are suitable to being the
project team members or not.
In order to manage the scope creep the
following steps are required to be followed:
Be vigilant from the first day
Clients vision understanding
Project requirements
understandings
Usage of online project
management software
Basically, in order to gain competitive
advantages and commercial revenue from
the marketplace change management system

I gained proper guidance from the family
and friends during that phase. The
supporting nature of the parents and
teachers help me to become communicative
