development of the activities which will enable me to focus on improving the management of the
project activities. The project management methodology is found to be helping in providing a
unique endeavor with consisting of project phase cycles (Garton and McCulloch, 2012).

2.1 Learning Outcome 1: Explain reasons why organizations adopt Project Management
Methodologies
The reason for the adoption of the project management methodologies made by the organizations
is depicted to be aiming at introducing the changes in the organizational processes. It is helpful
for them in tracking all the necessary activities which are carried out by them during the
execution of the project (Perrin, 2015).
Summary
The learnings which are presented in my coursework process are surrounding the appropriate
identification of the knowledge regarding the implementation of the project management
methodologies. The effective planning and the execution of the activities can be made which is
found to be aiming at making the improvement of my activities.
Evidence
The evidence which is found to be provided as coursework is carried out through 10 weeks is
depicted to be showing the Kerzner project management book which is helping me in improving
my skills for adopting the changes. Apart from this, the structured approach can be easily
established which will enable me to focus on gaining an appropriate development of the

found to be carried out by the organizations with their stakeholders. Thus, the importance of
building a relationship with including the prior information is essential for strengthening the
project stakeholders (Heerkens, 2015). Thus, the impact can be easily mitigated with carrying out
the activities in an appropriate way.

The overall representation of my skills and the learnings are depicted to be reflecting the
appropriate development of the relationship with the project stakeholders/ Apart from this, the
implementation of the stakeholder theories are found to be essential for making the improvement
in the activities and also is found to be providing a positive impact on the business processes.

The evidence which is gathered is found to be related to the Kerzner book of project
management which is helping me in providing knowledge regarding the management of the
stakeholders as well as the removal of the impact created on the stakeholders.

Management Methodology that might meet the needs of an organization
The three major elements of the Project Management methodology which are helping the
organization in meeting the needs are depicted to be the project scope, project planning, and the
project execution processes. The project scope helps in determining the essential resources and
the required tools which will be used for the project. The project planning helps in enlisting all
the essential tools and also the selection of the tools are made which will be used in the project
(Heagney, 2012). Lastly, the project execution process is depicted to be helping in executing the
planned processes by which the desired project success can be gained by the organization with
fulfilling the needs.
