Introduction
The Latino engineering pvt. Ltd. company is dealing with the development plan for
engineering equipment. The company is working for last 30 years in the development of
engineering equipment. The profitability of the Latino engineering is the point of attraction
for most of the investor. From the last 30 years, the owner of the company takes all the
decision in the benefit of the enterprise. After the retirement of the owner, the company is
going towards the degradation in the business activities platform. The stakeholders have
many complaints with the working structure of the company such as delivery of defective
equipment, designing of the equipment are not according to the customers requirement,
improper communication for the management of customer services, packaging of wrong
equipment for delivery, and many others. The declination in the quality of work is the major
concern area for the top executives of the enterprise (Likker, 2012). The company has
decided to analyse the root cause of the declination. In this paper, we are going to focus on
the identification of the root cause for the declination of the quality of work and standard
equipment provided to the customers. The analytical tools are used for identifying the root
cause of the system failure. The efficiency of the developed plan depends on the contribution
of the employees, development of the efficient risk mitigation strategies and functions,
measurement of action plan, and other. The suggestion and recommendation should be
provided to overcome the situation of quality declination and plays a key role in improving
the quality of work provided to the customers. The purpose of this paper is to design a
continuous improvement plan for identifying the key issues and risks associated with the
working of the business activities and recommendation plan to resolve the scenario of risks
and issues (Cole, 2014).
The aim of this paper is to develop a continuous management program for the Latino
engineering organization. The continuous improvement program is developed on the basis of
learning earned in the past activity forum. It is the basic need of the planner to analyse the
activity schedule and criteria which was deployed in the working environment of the
company in the past years. The development of comparison table between the working style
which was undertaken in the peak period and the declination period of the enterprise can give
the reason of failure of the company. The organization is moving towards the continuous
improvement plan to earn profitability in the coming future by overcoming the flaws of the
working structure. The quality of equipment is the major concern area to improve the

working style because the delivery of defective equipment, designing of the equipment are
not according to the customers requirement, improper communication for the management of
customer services, packaging of wrong equipment for delivery, and many others raises the
dissatisfaction in the associated regular customers. The purpose of this paper is to come up
with the solution to improve the business incentives by providing fdrecommendation for
improving the business processes. The quality of the equipment can be improved with the
implementation of the continuous improvement techniques by analysing the flaws occurred in
the past.
Description:
The innovative efforts help in improving the performance of the working employees. The
mobilization of the working employees by changing the working structure and techniques
helps in increasing the skills and expertise of the employees to give best output. The efforts
can help in significantly improve the quality of the mechanical equipment developed by the
enterprise. The step by step procedures should be followed for analysing the root cause of the
failure of the project activities in developing good products with the completion of project
activities. The business values can be retained with the deployment of management of risks
and issues associated with the business processes. The communication standards should be
followed for the management of coordination between the business activities, operations, and
processes. The periodic changes should be undertaken for enhancing the working load of the
enterprise. The background of the company helps in developing learning program for the
basis of continuous improvement plan. The continuation of the processes generates new
quality management program for increasing the efficiency of the good quality equipment.

failure in providing quality equipment to the customers (Ballard, 2013). The process of root
cause analysis is composed of various step which are categorised as identification of the
problem area, grasp situation responsible for the failure of the equipment, data collection and
analysing regarding causes and issues, and others. In the given case study, it has been
identified that the company is facing the problem and failure in developing quality products
because of the following factors:
Inefficiency in the decision making capability of the new manger
Dissatisfaction in the working employees
Demotivated working employees
Chaotic environment at the working place
Roles and responsibilities are not divided according to the working ability of the

effects should be documented in the logical sequence for determining the actual cause for the
degradation of the company’s reputation. Event and causal factor analysis is deployed and
implemented in the working structure of the enterprise for analysing the step by step cause of
the failure. The pareto chart is used for developing the bar chart of the issues which are
identified for the failure of the process undertaken by the enterprise. The scatter chart helps in
providing the numerical analysis of the relationship between the different activities of the
enterprise. The stratification helps in managing relationship between the supply and demand
of the resources used for carrying out the processes undertaken. It has been identified that
