management

• Outlining the escalation procedure

Project management methodologies
 In this particular case, agile method is the most appropriate one.
 Agile gives rapid response to modify within Singular Logic.
 It gives dynamic features to their business procedures
(Akkermans et al., 2020).
 With the help of this method, Singular Logic can welcome the
changes in their IT projects even if it comes late in the project.
 With the help of this technology, consumers and stakeholders of
the Singular Logic to take feedback regarding the current
iterations.
 Agile method helps the stakeholders to rethink regarding the
needs and characteristics.
 Adapting fast modifications save lots of time as well as resources
of the Singular Logic.

 Project Integration management:- It includes some basic plans for the
development of the project charter. It is developed at the project initiation phase.
It helps to sets up the project and allocates it to project manager. It is one of key
knowledge areas of PMBOK. It is treated as the critical success factors of a project.
 Project Scope management:- Scope is nothing but the assignment associated with
the project. In this step Singular Logic Company needs to elaborate the scope in
the scope statement (Komarova et al., 2020). Work Breakdown Structure is
another part of this step. It refers to the detailed deliverables of the project. It can
be completed within the budget.
 Project Time Management:- It includes project schedule management which
involves the creation of the schedule for their project. It also helps the Singular
Logic Company to find who is responsible for what.
 Project Cost management:- It includes the budget of the projects of the company.
Company may use some good tools for cost estimation. It helps to provide the
regular monitoring of the projects.
 Project quality management:- If the company can maintain the quality of the
projects , then they can complete those projects within the required time frame.
Otherwise, the projects can be failed. Quality management is the entire part of
the project management.

Logic to assemble the best team for their R&D projects. They should
track the performance of all the team members.

plan for the communication is the most critical step.
Project risk management:- It helps the Singular Logic Company to
identify the risk factors for the company. The company authority can
prioritize the risks (Akkermans et al., 2020).
Project Procurement management:- With the help of this, the
company can deal with the outside procurement. It is the part of
most of the projects.

failure of the project
• Lack of scope document may lead to the failure of the
project. If the project scope changes in regular basis then
it may lead to a great failure of IT projects.
• Lack of planning can easily lead to the project failure.
According to Spike Cavell’s survey, 40% projects are
failed because of poor planning (Kuusisto, 2008).
• Poor risk management is the most important reason of
the project failure. If the project team of the company
does not provide enough concentration on the project
risk, then it may lead to a great failure.
• Lack of cohesion among the team members can lead to a
failure of the project. Personality differences may be one
reason for lack of cohesion.
