INTRODUCTION
Project management depicts the effective execution of skills, techniques, efforts and
knowledge of prominent activities of the project undertaking the objective of meeting the
suitable needs. It also tends to undertake the prominent stages considering the guide for project
manager in terms of completing all the prominent activities on the grounds of scheduling criteria
to accomplish suitable success (Galli, 2018). For this, the current report is based on the Music
event which is Camden Sickle Cell together with Thalassaemia Service group who is the
organiser of event. Besides this, report tends to cover the network diagram which is developed
on the manual basis and effective stakeholder's analysis for the project. Moreover, it also
undertakes work break down structure with organisational structure for the Music event. Away
with this, risk analysis is developed with project methodology which is effectively evaluated.

of the project as it depicts the effective relationship among several activities of the project. It is
also useful in order to complete the task in an effective manner within the stipulated period of

identifying the power and interest of stakeholders of an organisation. Stakeholders prominently
put impact on the project of Camden Sickle cell and thalassemia service Group investors Town

The prominent Expectations of quality defect the statement considering the quality was
expected by customers from the project of company. It is agreed at the starting point of the
project. In terms of perspective service group and music event the quality expectations are high
for the customers considering the best event company who conduct the music event (Kucher,
Heldak and Orlenko, 2018). The prominent expect the suitable quality for the casting and
collection of offering food hygiene factors due to the pandemic and focusing on the security and
sanitization. It also depicts the major resources which company need while considering the
quality. Along with this the event organiser consider the quality specification in which they offer
various food varieties on the grounds of the preferences of their guest. In terms of music the
focus on the classical music considering the musical instruments like violin and many more. In
order to measure the quality of the event the musical event prominently put emphasis on taking
follow up from their customers in order to overcome the problems effectively (Blomquist,
Farashah and Thomas, 2018). Company also undertake the suitable process of the operations
which is done in order to offer permanent result for the event that is organised by the company.

Critical analysis of what methodology would be appropriate for the project and why
The project methodology considered as a set of guiding process including the principles that
plays an important role to manage the project (Garwood and Poole, 2018). Undertaking the
selection of project methodology is the prime decision made by the project manager. In terms of
their respective music event service group is planning to organise and of critical path method for
the prominent methodology. With the help of this methodology all the prominent activities are
completed in the stupid period of time. It also guides the mapping project for the duration
concerned with the suitable activities and dependencies. This methodology is beneficial for the
music event which is useful for the identification and scheduling of actions (Akkermans and et.
al., 2020). The limitations of methodology and they need expert of Scheduled activities as at

predict the completion time of the activities for the devising Path which is the complicated
process.
CONCLUSION
By undertaking the above discussion, it is identified that project methodology is an
important factor which is useful in order to identify the prominent applications which are based
on the effective completion of project. In regard of this, it is also essential take effective
decisions which depends on the project approaches and success of result. It also tends to
undertake the effective network diagram which is useful in completing project with the help of
team. Moreover, stakeholder’s analysis is useful in analysing the interest and power for the event
and also identify the risk factor that plays an important role to analyse risk for company for
effective working and overcoming them by prominent training and development sessions by
focusing on the quality expectations.
