INTRODUCTION
Project management can de explained as the discipline of applying particular procedure
as well as principles at the starting, planning, executing and arranging the way that new
initiatives are applied in the context of an entity. The term of project management is different
from the management of business as usual activity that is continue procedure and consist of
creating new work work packages to accomplish agreed ends and goals (Blomquist, Farashah
and Thomas, 2018). This report based on Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group.
The main objective of the report to generate funding for the forum. Present report consist of
network diagram, stakeholder analysis, risk identification and WBS. Along with select
appropriate methodology for the project to achieve benefits for further activities.
TASK 1
(1) Develop a network diagram and presents relationship between all activities
Network diagram: A network diagram is a graphical presentation of project activities
that combined a series of arrows and boxes to define the inter relationship in between different
activities of project. It is starting from the start and finish activity ad all other activities fall
within these two. A project manager can use various way to draw network diagram but mainly
consider precedence diagramming for the procedure of network diagram. Such as, Camden
Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group use this method to effectively determine al the

The term of critical path identified by this diagram as per the spacing that is little in all
the tasks. As per the analysis of higher up chart of concert that different activities are based on

will be about in 116 days that is period of time of such events.

activities but they have high power in regard of decision making. For example,
Government is included in this type of stakeholder which is not taking interest in the

concert and has right to take right decision that is based on such elements. Such as
investors, creditors and managers are main internal and external stakeholders who have
high power as well as interest.

any power of taking right decision in context of business but taken interest in music
event. Such as, Customer are considering as main stakeholders who have power to pass
judgement in the context of event and highly interested in set up event activities.
 Low power low interest: When the stakeholders have not any power as well as not
interest in music event so it is consider as part of this category. There are mainly consider
staff members as stakeholder that have not any power and not have any right to take
decision because they are taking salary to generate profitability.

the audiences. It is expecting to influence most of the people for the funding and increase in

Quality specification: It is mainly considering on quality and determined on the basis of
comparison with the existent choice. The main choice undertake will be successful for food,
maneuver and other management for the event.
Acceptance criteria: In this criteria all the major aspects will be predicted. Such as music
event of monetary fund increasing based on the attitude criteria that will be the expected level of

managing different activities in effective way. This project based on the Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group that apply effective methodology that will be Waterfall. There are
mentioning various advantages such as:

The Waterfall methodology is a good method that presenting various kinds of task and
conduct a music event with the aim of fund raising that could be utilised for the music event. It is
mainly concentrated on every activities of event that could be follow a particular procedure such
as, requirement, design, determination, application, testing, deployment and maintenance. In this
method mainly concentrate on the these task after that present in front of client in specific
manner. The main advantage that successful attainment is achieve long term goals that helps in
sequencing execution of the tasks (Gray and Ulbrich, 2017).
CONCLUSION
As per the above report it has been concluded that project management is important for
any business to take right steps. Through this term analysis the application and principles which
is depend on the completing of a project. It is mainly applied to take right decision in regard of
investment and estimate future results. There are planning for music event and for this prepare
network diagram, work break down structure to classify different activities as per requirements.
Moreover, conduct stakeholder analysis to know interest and power of stakeholder. Along with
analysis various risk that occur in event so provide training and development to overcome from
the music event.
