AI Summary
This project report provides a detailed analysis of a music event project, focusing on various project management elements. It includes the creation of a network diagram, work breakdown structure, and stakeholder analysis to illustrate the interconnectedness of different project components. The report assesses risks, quality expectations, and the application of the waterfall model for effective project management. The stakeholder analysis highlights the importance of each member involved in the project. The report concludes that the waterfall model is an effective approach to manage such projects. The report covers an introduction, main body with tasks including network diagrams and stakeholder analysis, organisational structure, risk assessment, quality expectations and the conclusion and references.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The report summarizes about detailed analysis of project related to a music event. Under such
aspect different kinds of elements are included that preparation of network diagram, work breaks
down structure and many more. In addition to this, stakeholder analysis is also done which
shows that each member of project is crucial. In the end of report this can be abstracted that a
project needs to manage under an effective technique which is waterfall model.

INTRODUCTION
Project management may be defined as “the application of complex procedures to ensure that a
project is properly implemented, designed, controlled, and performed (Levy, 2018). It also aids
in the implementation of innovative projects that will alter the whole project in order to meet the
deadline. The current report is focused on the Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service
Group's initiative. The primary goal of this project is to raise funds for the forum. The layout of a
network diagram, stakeholder management, work breakdown structure, risk evaluation, and
evaluation of different factors such as quality expectation, approval criterion, quality definition,
and calculated are all included in this task. Aside from that, this article covers the approach that
will be suitable for this project as well as the advantages of it.
MAIN BODY
Task 1
Network diagram- It can be described as a schematic representing graphs that are primarily used
to represent the interrelationship between various graph operations. It allows for the development
of graphical representations of various activities (Heldman, 2018). It enabled all of the network's
operations to be plotted out using a range of signals and links. When it is used by the Camden
Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group programme, users will be able to interpret all of the
events clearly and quickly. The project's network diagram is as continues to follow:

The shortest path between all tasks can be described as the main path. The events with the
shortest time, according to the above project network of a music case, are 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 21,
and 22. As a result, the quickest way to finish them would be about 116 days, which is the length
of these activities.
Task 2
Stakeholder analysis-It can be described as an evaluation carried out by institutions in order to
determine the power and interests of various stakeholders (Kerzner,Brewer and Dittman, 2018).
Managers will use that to figure out how their own interests and authority can be matched with
the project plan. Both components are analysed in the light of various stakeholders when using it.
The below is a summary of all of them:
Internal stakeholders-Internal members are also those that serve within the organization on a
day-to-day basis. Employees, supervisors, board members, investors, among others are among
them. The main priority of both of them is to ensure that the enterprise is doing effectively in
order to achieve both organizational and personal objectives.
External stakeholders- External stakeholders are the individual's external parties that are
involved in its economic success. Group, clients, society, consumers, administration, and so on
are some of them (Müller and Klein, 2018). They are involved in market success such that
purchasing choices, spending decisions, and payment choices can be taken.
The matrix may be helpful when preparing the stakeholder. Many of the major points are
addressed below in the form of the Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group's
mission, which is an event:

High power low interest- This types of owners have no experience in the market but a lot of
control over the company's decisions. The government is regarded as the most important
stakeholder in this factor, despite the fact that it is uninterested in the case but wields significant
decision-making authority. If legal bodies develop a new strategy in response to disasters,
administrators may be required to follow it.
High power high interest- This aspect is connected to all stakeholders that have a strong interest
in the event's success as well as the power to make decisions. Internal and external stakeholders
of high influence and involvement include investors, administrators, borrowers, and others. They
make recommendations for the efficient operation of all operations and pay attention to the
results.
Low power high interest- This group involves stakeholders that do not have the right to make
decisions for the company or project but are involved in its results (Kerzner, 2019). Customers
are the primary significant customers who, while they do not have the authority to pass judgment
on the case, are keenly involved in the smooth operation of all operations.
Low power low interest- This group includes stakeholders that do not have any influence or
involvement in the market. Employees and team members are those owners who have no control
or involvement in the company because they are paid regardless of whether the corporation
makes a profit or not.

High Low Future uncertainty estimation.
Task 5
Quality expectation- It may be described as the level of quality that the event would provide in
order to satisfy the standards of shareholders (Tonchiaand Mahagaonkar, 2018). The major
consistency expectations for the event would be the knowledge of all core aspects in the event
that are responsible for performing the musical event in a structured manner. Organizing all of
the main or necessary criteria for all of the visitors, and so on. It was anticipated that the event
would be able to collect the necessary funds.
Acceptance criteria- Many of the primary elements would be expected to meet this criterion.
The target level of creditors would be the approval criterion in the case of a fund raising. If their
satisfaction is achieved, the exercises will be carried out.
Quality specification- The specifications for assuring consistency are examined in this aspect,
and the results are compared to the real quality. Food, transport, and other event arrangements
will be subjected to certain consistency standards.

Measures:Arrangement grants, foods, and team members are just some of the steps that will be
concentrated on during the music gathering. Managers will assess whether or not the standards
are fulfilled in order to measure all of the protection and security interventions.
Task 6
The approach used by project management to perform the project in a structured way is known
as proposed project. Waterfall will be the right project approach for the Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group's project. The overview is given of it, as well as its advantages:
The waterfall technique is a way of executing various tasks in a linear order. It may be used
when planning a music festival with the intention of collecting funds (Heldman, 2018). It would
be ideal for the occasion since it is based on completing all of the activities in stages.
Requirements, review, planning, installation, monitoring, rollout, and servicing are the steps
involved. The case should be run in a systematic way with its assistance. It is mostly used for
projects that must be completed correctly and according to customer requirements. Its greatest
advantage would be the effective achievement of all long-term objectives because it facilitates
the sequential completion of all tasks.
CONCLUSION
It has been inferred from the aforementioned project report that strategic planning is the method
of initiating, preparing, and managing multiple activities. It is critical for all managers to ensure
that they are focused on stockholder and risk analyses when conducting duties simultaneously to
it. Apart from that, a project charter as well as a task breakdown structure must be created in
order for the project to be completed successfully.
