1. Overview of the project
The paper mainly reflects on the Town of Newfane has generally experienced growth
due to the result of new housing related development that has generally doubled the
population of the community by 6 years. The regional council has generally voted in order to
properly develop a community centre for building on the various municipal lands that
generally comprises of community centre as well as new park near the hall. Therefore, the
Newfane Town Council generally takes the project initiation for building a new community
centre such that the fund that is secured from the tax revenue that is mainly generated due to
the result of the housing development such that the developer generally levy collected for
supporting the entire infrastructure related projects. It is found that the total budget that is
allocated for the project will be around $65 million. Furthermore, 150,000 square foot facility
mainly includes 25 m swimming pool, fitness suite, hockey rink, parking spaces, basketball
court and more.

2. Completion of project within time and budget
As per the estimation, it is found that the entire project get completed successfully
within the time and budget that is done within the initiation phase of the project. It is found
that the entire project gets successfully completed within $65 million and within 157 days.
