Introduction
This report is developing to shift the office of the insurance company because the lease of the
insurance company office has expired and the landlord is not providing permission to renew the
lease contract. The project manager will responsible for shifting the company office to a new
location within the two months’ time period and shifting must be completed within the $100,000
budget. This whole work will complete in such a manner that no one will not disturb and it will
complete in a short time.
The whole report is dividing into two parts. The first part will describe the scope of the project,
business case, milestones, risks assumption, stakeholders, lesson learned, team operating
principles, and charters signatures. The second part will describe letter sponsor which is written
by the branch manager to sponsor and all the brief information of project such as the scope of the
project, business case, milestones, risks assumption, stakeholders, lesson learned, team operating
principles, and charters signatures in form of charters.
