Introduction
This project work is completing for shifting office from Suburban location to the new place
which is available nearby Suburb because lease of office has expired already and the owner of
this land is not permitting to extend the contract of this suburban office. It must be completed in
a short time (6 weeks) and in the given budget ($100,000).
Report on this work is splitting into 2 portions. A 1st portion will provide the description of
project scope, milestone, stakeholder’s information, numbers of issues, learned lesson, the
operating principle of teamwork, and etc. 2nd portion will contain the letter which will be written
for CEO and it will also contain brief introduction of the planning phase.

The main scope of this project is shifted insurance company office from Suburban location to the
new place which is available nearby Suburb. They are shifting office because lease of office has
expired already and the owner of this land is not permitting to extend the contract of this
suburban office. Therefore, they have only two months for shifting office from suburban location
to the new place which is available nearby suburb. The CEO of the company has already
finalized the budget which is $100,000 and the budget of this project should not exceed from
$100,000. It is needed that shifting of office must not disturb the staff members and customers of
office and it must be completed in a short time and in the given budget. The numbers of
resources are working in this work i.e. CIT manager, administration manager and branch
manager (Kloppenborg, Anantatmula & Wells 2018, pp. 65-6).
Business Case
The purpose of this work is shifted insurance company office from suburban location to the new
place which is available nearby suburb. It is needed that shifting of office must not disturb the
staff members and customers of office and it must be completed in a short time (6 weeks) and in
the given budget ($100,000). The packing of items will complete on Friday afternoon and
relocation will complete on Saturday and Sunday. CIT team will work on all weekend.
