Introduction

location due to some unavoidable reasons.The purpose that this project is serving is to shift the
current location of the organization to a new place. In this project, the location changing process
of the organization is planned to be done in the time span of 60 days to the new proposed place.
The latest official location would be established in the close areas and is having the plans to be
reallocated entirely under 42 days to ensure least down time as possible, This project plan
ensures to reduce the dismantling of the workers and the clients while the shifting process.

Business Case
The significance behind the shifting of the organizational location is that the current location of
the organization had a defined term as per the contract on the lease, which has now come to the
end and, to which the contractor has denied the renewability. The way through which this
problem can be solved and the project in the minimum cost and expense in to shift the
organization to a new place. The projects are planned to solve the issue that may arise in the
whole process of reallocation of the organization. The projects will be in continuity for at least
42 days in which only Fridays,Saturdays, and Sundays would be having their usage for the whole
procedure of the projects.
