INTRODUCTION
In this project managing successful business project acts is one of the most important outcomes.
In this project work there are many different type of resources are involved. On the other hand if
the business was fail then project functioning of the business will affect more in the drastic
manner (Banik et al., 2011). The managers of this project have a main role and responsibility to
handle this project as a very effective manner. They will also focus all the aspects of the
management that is planning, controlling, staffing, coordinating etc. the new shoes is develop in
this project for the summer collection. The name of the new sandal is Tictaptoe (Banik et al.,
2011)
In this research project that aim and the objective of the organization is derived. The project plan
is also make which is very helpful to the organization. And this will also absorb the scope, time,
cost, quality, risk and communication Tictaptoe is one of the famous brands in all over the world
(Banik et al., 2011). They have a passion of beauty which will make the fashionable sandals with
full of attraction. This is one of the leading designer’s sandals. This sandal give a full of
relaxation to the customer and also satisfy them (Banik et al., 2011).

TASK A) AIMS AND OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT
PROJECT DEFINITION
This project has been conducted to devise and they try to create the new product for the
Tictaptoe which is particular launch in the London fashion week. The product is particular focus
on the marketing of the shadow in such a manner that will help the customer for getting the edge
over (Cho et al., 2017). The aim and the objective of the company are providing good quality of
product with reasonable price. The company objective is also set in smart and clear manner.
Therefore the managers of the company have to set the organization goal and objective in such a
manner that it obtained at the last of the project (Cho et al., 2017). And on the other hand the aim
and the objective of the company must be communicated with each and every person who is
related with this project work. If the manager of the company communicate with them then
employee will give there extra efforts which will very beneficial to the organization (Cho et al.,
2017).
PROJECT AIM AND OBJECTIVES
To construct some of the effective plan for launching a new sandal by the Tictaptoe ie shadow
and that will present it in the London week.
The objective of the research is:
The main objective of the company is to make a project management plan in their organization
(Cho et al., 2017). Different types of aspects of the project like risk, quality, price
communication etc. are used to making a new sandal i.e. shadow.
ï‚· On the other hand they try to produce a breakdown structure and a Gantt chart for making
the new summer sandals i.e. Shadow by Tictaptoe.
ï‚· The organization also make a sandal in that manner that will make a top position over the
different competitors, i.e. they make a strong sufficient compete in the existing market
(Cho et al., 2017).
ï‚· To present the sandal i.e. shadow in the London fashion week.

The most important thing is that the project work must be finish timely. With the help of this
all the work of the organization is finished with given time framework. This is also done in

The main scope of this project work is for making a new branded sandal in London fashion week
by the Tictaptoe called shadow. This study includes only marketing as compare to anything else.
And on the other hand they will not involve the management or the funding aspects (Dixon and
Shankar 2018). With the help of two different methodologies that is primary and secondary the
research is done. In the primary methodology the questionnaire has been used. In this some of
the questions are asked to the customers who are related with the project (Dixon and Shankar
2018).
EXCLUDED SCOPE
In this research project some different type of sandals collection are excluded. In this some of the
financial activity and geographical are not cover while taking out the research activity (Dixon
and Shankar 2018).

resources. In human resource supervisor of the company will give proper instruction and directed
the research process (Fontaine, 2018).it will also include the support of staff and some intelligent
people who will take some survey and collect some data effectively. Some of the data are
protected by the secondary data which include the IT hardware, software and networks
(Fontaine, 2018). With the help of analytical tool some of the data are analyze and the charts
from mx excel.
Raw material, machine and equipment, marketing and promotion to design, create, manufacture
are included in physical resource. And the last is financial resources which include the
