The PMIS that is the project management information system, is a comprehensible
organization of all the information that are required for any organization for executing the
proposed projects successfully (Tonchia, 2018). This PMIS is mainly one or more than one
applications of software also the methodical procedures to gather and use the information of
this proposed project (Rosenberger & Tick, 2018). All these electronic systems are helped for
planning, implementing also closing the goals of the project management. These systems of
PMIS are differed in the scope, design also the features that are depended upon the
requirements that are operational of the organization (Čabarkapa & Obradović, 2019).
The project management is the complex also the field of interdisciplinary.
Successfully completing the project, it is needed to complete this on the given time, budget
also the meeting the proposed level of the quality (Rosenberger & Tick, 2018). There are 49
processes are considered by PMI also documented in the PMBOK Guide 6th Edition which
are the best practices in the project management.
The tools of the project management are assisted the individual or the project team for
effectively organizing the work also managing the tasks and the project. These tools are
created to be customizable so that these can be fitted all needs of the project.
There are many tools are present from these, the two specific and famous tools named MS
Project and the Sciforma are selected. In this project, it is identified that from the 49
