PMO Structure of Department of Children & Family Services
The Department of Children & Family Services is a non profitable organization that has
been helping orphan children to get a suitable family and the families to become self dependent
(Dss.state.la.us., 2017). The organization has three major goals that they have been tirelessly
working to achieve and they are protecting the children, providing refuges to the people during
disasters, and helping individuals and families to become self sufficient. The PMO structure of
the organization is pyramid in shape and it is as shown in the figure below,

The PMO organization of Department of Children & Family Services is in pyramid shape
and the director or president is at the top most layer of the PMO structure. The development of
the operations would be supported by the deployment of the supporting project management
