In order to implement a successful project it is
necessary for the project managers and the
project heads to consider all necessary
specifications to make it more perfect from both
the business and consumer’s end. In order to
develop the project specification the background
of the project including its cost and size should
be considered.
In order to develop a Work Breakdown Structure
(WBS) it is necessary for the project manager to
first identify the project requirements and its
objectives. Based on the requirements, the WBS
should be prepared. The phases those are
followed for developing the WBs include
initiation, planning, execution and closure.
If the WBS is not designed perfectly then it will
face major issues accordingly.
All the steps are dependent on each

Insertion of any requirement in

Used processes cannot not be used
Wrong task orientation will lead to

With the development of a SMART goal the
project specifications can be built
accordingly.
There are four major steps those are to be
followed by the project managers to
develop a Work Break down Structure and
the steps are as follows:
Steps 1: All important piece of scopes
should be identified
Step 2: Decision on the best of the project
organization
Step 3: Breakdown of the project
Step 4: For each of the activities
identification of necessary resources.
