1 INTRODUCTION
The project management methodology is describing the combination of processes, methods, and
practices that identify how best to develop, plan, deliver and control the project through the
continuous process of implementation till successful termination and completion. The project
management methodology is a scientific, disciplined and systematic approach that assists in
designing, executing, and completing the project (Heerkens, 2015).

The main purpose of the adoption of project management methodologies is to introduce the
changes in the processes of the organization. The project management methodologies assist to
track the activities which are necessary for carrying out the project. The main objective of the
project methodology is to control the whole process of the project through problem-solving and
effective decision-making process (Binder, 2016).
Summary
The coursework provided necessary learning which assists me to enhance my knowledge and
skills with respect to the adoption of project management methodologies. The planning,
execution and controlling the activities can assist to improve the activities. The project
