It can be analyzed that there are various projects like business, development and technical.
The directions are given by Project manager. He is the supervisor who sees that the approaches considered as per the need. He evaluated the overall
performance and also offers proper training (Kerzner, 2015)
By giving focus on their practice and experience and also the practice of the managers who related to project managers are given tasks whereas a
functional manager does not have skills as compared to project manager.
Project sponsors consider the project managers so that coordination can be maintained in9 the project. The project managers talk to the project sponsors
and tell about the project necessities. It is seen that Power is not given to the managers unless the company do not give focus only on tasks.
Career path and career growth is easy and also it is just because of the complexity in the project management and also to gain a successful growth in the
project related to management.
I am motivated on focusing on the path related to career and also in management related to line.

It is important to conduct therapy seminars and sessions in 15 days, as it is based on the kind of the task but 15 days is a sufficient period for these
sessions.
The manager who is project head speaks to project promoters. The member of team talks to the head of department and also to the senior executives. It is
seen that there are various managers. The managers talk to the head who is the supervisor of the various departments like branch.
