Introduction
• This presentation is going to elaborate the requirements that need to
complete and manage a project.
• It is based on launching a new website by Power Motors, to provide the
accessibility to customers to get live videos about own car and how much time
the company will take more to repair it.

What is a Project
• Project can have defined as a group activity, which is designed for attainment of
a specific desired outcome.
• In organisation, it is different than other routine operations because it mainly
focused on executing a new business objective, by framing effective strategies
and plan for entire implementation process.

Project Stakeholders
• To conduct a project, it is essential for project managers to
identify the stakeholders first, who may have affected by the
same.
• In context with present project, the main people of Power
Motors that are associated with this, include staff members,
sponsors, team-members, customers, web designers and
marketing agencies.

Organisational Structure
• As a project cannot be run in isolation, therefore,
there are number of factors present that influences
it. For example – Human resources, organisational
