Without going overboard, when formatted item 1 to 3 below will be most likely 4 to 5 pages. It
might be more, but it should not be less. Each learning outcome (LO) would contain two to three
paragraphs. The important thing is to say in the LO section how the student achieved the LO. This
is done through the summary and the evidence that points to each week in the appendix (weekly
submission).
1 INTRODUCTION
The consolidated portfolio is made as a part of our learning program and it would show the
impact on the effective implication of the activities favouring the growth and development of
the organizations. The study of PMP20009 would be helpful for easing the flow of
organization and development of the improved functional and development model. The study
would also help in easing the deployment of the improved functional and development
methodologies. The study would be helpful for the integration of the operations supporting
the project management operations. The integration would be helpful for successfully
aligning the implication of the activities supporting the deployment of the improved operation
development. The consolidated portfolio would provide an extensive study of the factors of
the development model for the project study. The study development would be eased for the
alignment model supporting the development of the factors. I was able to integrate the study
of the various management methodologies for easing the implication of the effective and
improved study of the documentation process. I was able to study about various topics
depicting the implication of the activities supporting the utilization of the documentation
process.
2 COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
2.1 Learning Outcome 1: Explain reasons why organisations adopt Project Management
Methodologies
Summary
The project management methodologies play a significant role for the development of the improved
project management methodologies for the organizational development. Project Management if
properly implemented can make it easier to overcome obstacles such as unstable economy, soaring
costs, societal concerns, consumerism, and ecology. I realized that the project is not a single task to
start and finish in a specified time moreover it is a set of subtasks which should be perfectly executed
collectively in order to ensure success through the task. The completion of the effective project
management methodologies would be helpful for forming the successful integration development.
The various project management methodologies and the management of the activities can be helpful
for achieving the final deliverable for the completion of the final project deliverable. The
methodologies of the improved project execution and development had been helpful for the
deployment of the improved functions and activity development. The study would comprise of
integrating the alignment of the successive formation of its own set of deliverables, policies,
guidelines and procedures to execute the project. The study would be helpful for integrating the
utilization of the improved operational and development model. The waterfall works cohesively and it

is a step by step method forming the deployment of the improved management methods. The
successive alignment would also be helpful for deploying the utilization of the activities. The study of
the two methodologies helped me in understanding the alignment of the effective and improved
strategies for the development of the factors and integration of the improved methodologies for the
continuation of the project.
Evidence
The study of the various literatures by Kerzner, Schwable and Turner has been helpful for
understanding the considerations for the deployment of the improved activity development
and utilization of the improved operations. The study of the literatures would provide an
effective study development methodology for forming the alignment of the improved
processes and development of the effective methodology evaluation. The study would also
provide the major development factors for the implication of the improved development
methodologies. For example: The development of a website would include the use of the
agile development methodologies.
2.2 Learning Outcome 2: Critically analyse the impact of Project Management
Methodologies upon stakeholders
Summary
The waterfall and agile methodologies are the most prominent project management methodologies
that can be used for the integration of the improved activity development. The waterfall works
prominently for easing the utilization of the successive alignment methods. The integration would
also be helpful for listing the alignment of the successive integration and development. The waterfall
work traditionally and it aligns for the utilization of the improved functional development. The
waterfall works cohesively and it is a step by step method forming the deployment of the improved
management methods. The agile works in a sprint factor and it also form the loop methodology. The
iteration of the each of the sprints of agile would provide platform for easing the integration of the
development factors. The successive alignment would also be helpful for deploying the utilization of
the activities. The study of the two methodologies helped me in understanding the alignment of the
effective and improved strategies for the development of the factors and integration of the improved
methodologies for the continuation of the project. The study of the two methodologies would help in
forming the utilization of the activities and developing the final evaluation of the provided.
Evidence
The study of the various literatures by Kerzner, Schwable and Turner has been helpful for
understanding the considerations for the deployment of the improved activity development and
utilization of the improved operations. The study of the literatures would help in listing the activities
for forming the alignment of the activities supporting the deployment of the improved project
activities. The activities of the project methodologies are initialization, planning, development,
utilization of the improved project execution development. For example: A application development
project would incorporate the use of the effective project lifecycle.
2.3 Learning outcome 3: Explain and justify the major elements of a Project
Management Methodology that might meet the needs of an organisation

The project management methodologies would be eased for the implying the development of the
organization for supporting the implication models. The study would also help in easing the
deployment of the improved functional and development methodologies. The study would be helpful
for the integration of the operations supporting the project management operations. The integration
would be helpful for successfully aligning the implication of the activities supporting the deployment
of the improved operation development. The consolidated portfolio would provide an extensive study
of the factors of the development model for the project study. The study development would be eased
for the alignment model supporting the development of the factors. I was able to integrate the study of
the various management methodologies for easing the implication of the effective and improved study
of the documentation process. The waterfall works cohesively and it is a step by step method forming

for easing the integration of the development factors.
Evidence
The study of the documentation by various project management authors like Verzuh,
Kerzner, and Schwalbe has been helpful for understanding the concept of easing the flow of
information change and implying the improved activity development. The support and
documentation had been helpful for forming the effective implication of the successive
development methods. The alignment of the activities would be helpful for listing the
alignment of the successful documentation for the execution of the project. For example: the
construction projects are bounded by the alignment of the improved development methods for
the project development.
3 DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
Throughout 12 weeks of learning about project management methodologies, I have
understood the fundamental knowledge and coagulation of the improved processes. The
discussion study of the consolidated portfolio would be eased for forming the implication of
the improved functional and development models. The study helped me in easing the
formation of the improved functional and development models. I became aware of the
activities and processes that are aligned with the implicational development of the improved
functional development. The study would be helpful for integrating the utilization of the
project management methodologies for listing the specific development of the final project
deliverable. I became aware of the implementation and alignment for the utilization of the
successive integration management. The utilization of the activities had been formed for
using the study of various documentations supporting the understanding of the activities and
alignment of the final documentation.

have become
much easier in
resolving the
