Project management is that process which is helpful in defining of process, methods,
skills and knowledge that helps in achieving of goals and objectives that has been set within a
project by an organization. Also it helps accomplishment of project within required period of
time and also helps in maximizing of stakeholders interest. For achieving of goals there has to be
applicability of approach which is suitable to the project. This makes managing of project
possible in controlled manner with execution in effective manner. After report is being
completed then project end report is being prepared by manager for analyzing of project and
outcome learned from it. Also this helps in maintaining of quality in a project. The following
report is based on execution and controlling of a project which includes event launch by QA
Higher Education College which has to construct a building and making attraction of student. In
this report PRINCE-2 model will be followed to manage the entire project and make it achieve
success. End of project report has to be prepared and self-competence for execution of roles and
responsibilities is required to be explained in the end.

has been successful in managing the resources effectively which helped in completing the project
on time. Also application of PRINCE2 approach has been used and went well during project that
has helped in gaining outcome from project according to desire. Recommendation is helpful in
making completing of project within better and efficient manner. Role within members of team
is based on its capabilities and makes task completion within time. This means that roles are
being given to members of tem upon seeking their capabilities which makes completion of
project possible as per the time limit given for it. Also team members has to review their work in
