INTRODUCTION
Project management is that process which is helpful in defining of process, methods,
skills and knowledge that helps in achieving of goals and objectives that has been set within a
project by an organization. Also it helps accomplishment of project within required period of
time and also helps in maximizing of stakeholders interest. For achieving of goals there has to be
applicability of approach which is suitable to the project. This makes managing of project
possible in controlled manner with execution in effective manner. After report is being
completed then project end report is being prepared by manager for analyzing of project and
outcome learned from it. Also this helps in maintaining of quality in a project. The following
report is based on execution and controlling of a project which includes event launch by QA
Higher Education College which has to construct a building and making attraction of student. In
this report PRINCE-2 model will be followed to manage the entire project and make it achieve
success. End of project report has to be prepared and self-competence for execution of roles and
responsibilities is required to be explained in the end.

In order to attain desired result out of the project after its completion within the time
period specified. Applicability of efficient approach is to be applied for making a project to be
executed in efficient manner. Importance of executing phase is that it is helpful in making an
activities related to project performed in organized because it leads to maintaining of quality
within the product and services that helps in achieving of customer satisfaction. It has a very
important role to play regarding project( Heigermoser and et. al., 2019). As it helps in data
collection that is related to project with managing of factors like budget and time required in
project can be managed. Project control means that kind of process in which all factors related to
a project is being analysed for making improvements in the project if required. Also different
process is their under which ways of controlling a project is done which includes planning of
project, budget, risk and change management. This also makes forecasting with performance of
management possible. Various other elements are there which is been taken care under this. All
process that has been helping in enhancing of quality in QA Higher Education College that is
related through launching of technological construction of buildings. This makes admissions
capacity of college to increase admissions that attracts students. This also makes improvising of
brand image of college within the market and is able to create more efficacy and meet changes
over student’s requirements in more efficient and effective manner.
PRINCE 2 is an acronym for Project IN Controlled Environment that is there to process
which is based on method which has been helping in managing of project from the starting of
itself which is helpful in achieving of results with appropriate outcome. In this model efficiency I
being applied by QA Higher Education College that makes college building technology efficient
that makes student reach to improvising of learning experience through creating an advance

learning environment which results into achieving of better results. It is helpful for a college in
increasing admission participants through both online and offline mode. The principal involved
in PRINCE2 model should be applied in efficient manner for making a project to be
accomplished as per its requirement and also should be justified for gaining of high returns
which can be achieved through investment and challenges faced by team is going to make them
learn in continuous manner from experiences gained by them during project working (Görög,
2016). Alsop it makes delegation of role easy with focus to be increased in making final delivery
smooth. Such principals are helpful in making execution of project possible which is going to
make project finished in efficient manner. Following is the process to be followed in PRINCE2
and that makes approach possible of QA Higher Education College in completing of project. It
has been explained as follows: Starting the project: As per the project an mandate has to be formed as per which goals
that has to be achieved as being determined with necessity of project and approval of
manager has to be taken upon it . Directing a project: After approval has been done resources is required to be needed with
determination and efficiency in team making. It helps in defining of roles and
responsibilities within the team members for delegation. Initiating the project: Plan of project is being created with the timeline as per the
activities that is related to project and completion of it. Six targets of project, time, cost,
quality, scope, risk and benefits are defined at this stage only. Controlling: Project should be divided into various components and make work to be
managed with progress. The project has to be controlled along with changes that is
necessary. Managing product delivery: At this stage the progress of the project is compared with
expected progress so that the work can be continuously reviewed and effective
corrections can be made. Managing stage boundaries: At the closing of each stage, the manager will review the
outcomes achieved so that it can be ensured that the project is on right track.
 Closing a project: At this stage the projects is closed after achieving the final deliverable
along with documentation and reporting of the project so that project can records can be
maintained and project can be finally closed.
If the above mentioned principals and process mention under PRINCE2 model is
followed by QA Higher Education College is going to make successful completion of project
that is related to launching of technology and making construction of building that makes
achieving objectives in effective way. Through such execution and controlling of project quality

with appropriate results is achieved with objectives in efficient manner. This is going to increase
in gaining of customer satisfaction which is helpful in maximizing of satisfaction of customer
and makes higher returns with investment. This is very important process because it makes
project to be done in smooth manner within required time period. This makes various aspects of
project to be covered like cost, time, quality, budget etc. These can help in improving the
efficiency with which project is completed so that the deliverables can be achieved in the manner
desired.
End of Project Evaluation report
In the end of project report is being produced through manger of project after it is
completed and efficiency of project can be achieved through desired goals that can be evaluated
before taking decision regarding closer of project. This report give details about the deliverables
that are achieved by completing the project and their efficiency in achieving high customer
satisfaction. Also it provides details regarding what went well during the project and what needs
to be improved so that the benefits that are achieved can be evaluated which can help in ensuring
the final deliverables are accepted by customers. Following are the details which are contained in
EOP report so that the project outcomes can be analysed:
Also objective that has to be achieved by project is helpful in launching of technological
constructed buildings through an event that makes more student to be attracted and admissions
within college to increase. Project which has effectively achieved with all objectives and
completed within stipulated time and budget (Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa, 2017). So, highly
effective outcome has to be achieved. Event that is related with launching of new technology
construction of building which has effectively resulted increase in admission within college.
Also brand image of college uplifts in market.
Benefit that is gained after completing the project that is very huge has to be presented
and also interest of stakeholders like student, teacher, principal, supplier, contractor, government
etc. From this project education has to be made more effective and overall development has to be
taken into place which has been improvising efficiency through technology and education can be
achieved irrespective of time and place. Further it has been helping in enhancing of brand image
within the market and makes admissions successful through fund raising. The teacher is also
going to get benefit in improvising of technology as this can lead to better learning experiences
for the students. Thus project makes achieving of goals possible with expectation to be achieved
out of it. Further it can help the college in enhancing its brand image in market so that the
number of admissions in college can increase which can also help in raising funds in college.
The teachers can also get the benefit of improved technology as they can give better lessons to
students and improve the learning of their students. Thus the project helped in achieving the
goals as per the expectation after completion of project.
Also project manager has responsibility of keeping project organized under original
scope through applying of approaches in order to control and manage project to make delivery of
project efficiently achieved. It has helped manager in completing of project within the budget
that was £50000 with 6 months of duration. Also managing of quality has been kept in mind to

attain better outcomes. That is why project manager is able to keep quality maintained as per the
standards set by and roles are also assigned in better manner. It introduces efficiency in utilizing
of resources which increases efficiency and time.
While completing of project manager has to use PRINCE2 approach that has been
helping in making review of project and progress within it possible. This helps in making
changes possible whenever it has to be done. Also it has lead over enhancement within the way
team members perform their roles and take responsibility by making them skill utilization
possible. Changes that has been made in relation over establishing effective communication
within the members of team and making allocation of resources possible. Changes in original
plan is being done for dealing with problems in effective manner and making decision
mechanism smooth with improvement. Such aspects are related with original planning that is
being improved in order to make team members perform responsibility in efficient manner.
Utilizing of Gantt Chart, WBS, effective communication tool all this is helping in making of
better quality of results with enhanced performance.
As I was part of the team who was involved in the project that has helped in enhancing of
learning and making skills enhanced with efficiency. Also I have learned about the efficiency
which made me perform roles and responsibility. During the process of project I have learned
that enhancement has helped in making both personal and professional learning to be achieved in
successful manner (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). Also has made my personal and professional
learning to be improved with coordination among team members. I have learned different lessons
which us regarding leadership style that has to be followed with managing of project by using
approaches which is applied in completing of project. It has made me learnt various ways of
doing communication in effective manner within the team and its members. This has made flow
of information to be performed in smooth and efficient manner. Such things went well as the
project requires analytical and critical thinking abilities which makes decision making more
effective during a project. I am required for improving my stress management skills which can
only be done by managing of problems and solving them with appropriate solution. The project
has been successful in managing the resources effectively which helped in completing the project
on time. Also application of PRINCE2 approach has been used and went well during project that
has helped in gaining outcome from project according to desire. Recommendation is helpful in
making completing of project within better and efficient manner. Role within members of team
is based on its capabilities and makes task completion within time. This means that roles are
being given to members of tem upon seeking their capabilities which makes completion of
project possible as per the time limit given for it. Also team members has to review their work in
timely manner to make improvements at the earliest stage possible for making results more
affective and efficiency in nature. I have marked our that improving of decision making as per
the project has been improving engagement of employees and high quality of results can be
attained form it. I can also improve my skills related with managing time so that I can effectively
complete the work given to me within stipulated time so that my overall efficiency can be
improved.

The risk that has accrued during the project can be identified earlier that I have observed.
Also availability of sufficient resources and effective communication among team members.
This has helped me in making availability of forming effective team. So, that people is having
required skills and abilities has to be formed within management of team. Also less tem members
can be involved in team prevented over identifying of risk. It has been avoided through
identifying of efficiency in team and members of team before starting of project. Utilizing of
skills in making project result into more efficiency through mitigation of risk involved.
Conclusion
From the above report it can be said that effectiveness in approach is being used while
making management of project possible and also helps in controlling of efficiency in effective
manner. Also makes desired objectives to be achieved within time. It is essential that an EOP
report is being formed for making completion of project which makes completion of project
possible. Evaluating of project is being done over the things that went wrong according to project
and can be improved in future.
