INTRODUCTION

to identify as well as applies the best and most suitable method in order to manage or control the
activities at every stage. For successful implementation of project PRINCE 2 method has been
used. This is mention below in detail.
PRINCE 2 model
PRINCE 2 model can be define as a method of controlling as well as implementing a
project plan in effective manner. This is also known as a projects in controlled environment and

this is one of the most popular method for managing project activities. PRINCE 2 model was
implemented in 1996 year with the inputs of 150 organisation of Europe. This is a project
management process which is based on the different methodology of project. PRINCE 2 models
