project associates to prepare and develop any project. From personal experience it has been
determined that, for implementing any project productively it is essential for the project

Response to the 1st post
From the analysis of the1st post it has been recognized that, success of any project is
dependent on the roles and responsibility serves by any project manager assigned for a particular

leader should cover are properly discussed in the post. Apart from this, the project selection
method that a project manager should use while implementing any project are also elaborated in
this paper. The two project selection methods are also relevant to the nominated scenario I think
that, the techniques mentioned in this post are also accurate and well defined along with its
benefits.
Response to the 2nd Post
On the other hand, the 2nd post is not well discussed. The roles and the responsibilities of
the project managers are not properly discussed in this post and also what are the managers traits
that have to be incorporated by a project administrator are not elaborated in this post. In addition
to this, the competency and effectiveness on which a project manager needs to focus on are also
not properly elaborated in the second post. The phases of project management those are
mentioned in the 2nd post include initiation, definition, planning, launch, execution, performance,
control and project close. I think that the applications for each of the phases are not properly
elaborated. It could have been elaborated in a better way but the personal experience section is
very well discussed and illustrated.
