project manager plays the crucial role in executing a project. The project manager is responsible
for successfully executing a project. They focus typically on initiating a project effectively and
also ensure that different components related to the project are described before execution.

Project managers are responsible for executing a project efficiently. Thus it is important
to have certain competencies among the project managers so that the project can be developed

processes for improving the business functionality. The organization has implemented ERP for

is a need to implement proper measures for protecting the organization from facing major

if the team and the project members focused on communicating effectively. This will help in
ensuring that the project has been executed properly by understanding all the necessary
constraints (Jałocha et al., 2014). The project execution and controlling can be carried out
effectively with the help of proper project management strategies and tools. Project managers
should have the potential to influence the project success ratio so that it becomes easy to manage
the different aspects needed for successfully executing a project. There is a need to identify the
clear vision of the organization so that it becomes easy to improve the overall performance. An
effective project leader will be capable of developing proper project with all the necessary
constraints. It is important to ensure that the different components and aspects are made clear
