There are certain changes in the working process of the projects. However, the changes
are different for the different project. According to the case study, there are projects for
managing different operations and the projects are of different scales (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016).
The project managers of the different projects are facing different problems regarding the
changes in the requirements. The main change for most of the projects is the working on the
processes based on the assigned priority. This is a new way of working introduced in most of the
departments. The processes are happening basis on the priority. The priority is evaluated on the
basis of the feasible studies regarding the process in the projects.
In order to implement the changes in the requirements and the process in the organization
the identification of the problems are needed to be done.
The main problem regarding the project management is the compilation of the work
based on the priority. In some cases, the project managers are complaining that priority of some
of the specific works are not changing, so those specific works are getting ignored. Another
problem regarding the project management is that there is the lack of coordination between the
marketing departments and the other departments. The lack of coordination and the diversity in
the project management group is creating problem as , the team members do not know about the
things needed to be done. In this case, the project managers has to describe the end product at the
beginning of the project , which is not possible for most of the time (Hornstein, 2015). Sometime ,
the line managers stated to operate the functions of the project managers. This happens in the
case of small scale projects. In small projects the operations regarding the projects are bounded
into the functionality of the one departments. In that case, the line managers started to operate
some of the functionality of the project managers. This enables the line managers to deal with the
clients. In that case, certain miscommunication happens.

Changes needed to be required in order to dissolve the issues regarding the project:
There are certain changes those can be needed to be implemented in order to resolve the
current issues (Mir & Pinnington, 2014). The proper knowledge sharing along with the proper system
management issues can resolve the problem of lack of communication between the technical and
the business department , apart from that the marketing department and business department can
share the progress of the projects (Svejvig & Andersen, 2015). The line managers should be given the
guideline about the roles and the responsibilities for that post, so that they will not interfere the
works of the project managers. The priority of the works can be considered on the basis of
various other parameters apart from feasibility study related to the process or the system. In some
cases , the rotational priority can be assigned to all the processes in the project.
Changes in the project management plan, process groups and the life cycle of the project:
The changes proposed to resolve the issues in the system will make certain changes in the
project management life cycle. The project life cycle process will become more sustainable and
accurate.
The effect of the changes:
The changes implemented in the process will help the project managers to select the
project management methodology in a more appropriate way. All the processes in the project
will get the required priority which will be distributed in an equal way. On the other hand the
project managers can present the expected final view of the products to the team members so that
the team members can understand the necessary steps to do in the project management process.
