Proposal Requirements
It is the necessity of the project to accomplish the activities and milestones of the project
within the expected schedule and budget in manner to deliver the project of high quality. In
manner to accomplish these objectives, following proposal requirements can be implemented
within this project:
The activities and milestones needs to be managed in an efficient and effective
manner for enhancing the feasibility of the project. The proposed timeline must be
strictly followed and activities should be accomplished accordingly.
The budget of the project should be manage very low as much possible without
hampering the quality and output of the project. The budget presenting with
lowest cost even after fulfilling all the needs and requirements of the project will
be chosen for the forward considerations
The presented proposal should be accomplishing the every activities stated in the
activity list and additional activities will not be accepted in the middle of the

execution of the project. Establishment of computers systems and infrastructure
should be well demonstrated considered all the requirements and needs of the
project.
The sponsors and bidder details should also be mentioned wiothin the proposal in
manner to be well informed about the personnel. Lacking in this factor would
possibly lead to the rejection of the proposal.

Contractual Provisions
The bidder or the sponsor in manner to legally own the project, should follow the
contractual provisions explained as following:
None of the additional budget will be incorporated within the project in the
middle of the project execution unless there are not any unwanted circumstances.
The schedule of the project will not be extended, once the proposal has been
accepted for the execution of the project after legal contract and documentation.
The budget and cost should be spent only on the objectives and activities
mentioned in the proposal and spending the budget on other activities will not be
considerable.
There will not be any separation with the organization unless all the obligations
have been fulfilled. The comp[any should be compensating the project managers

for the situations if the organization wants the separation with the project or does
not want to complete the project.
The organization will have to fulfill the quality standards of the project that has
been set during the planning and initiation phase of the project.
For the circumstances, company breaking the terms of the contractual provisions, legal
procedures will need to be followed for the termination including certain compensation as per the
value of the project.
Additional Information or Data
Proper communication should be made with the project manager in case there is any hike
in the budget or delay in the schedule of the project for certain unwanted events. The needs and
requirements of all the project constraints should must be considered during the planning phase
of the project and it should be concerning all the factors related to the project. Lastly, the
company will be responsible for the mishap occurring in the phase of the project execution and
will be compensating the manipulation considering the overall budget of the project.
