Introduction
This study focuses on the assessment of understanding on behalf of quality management
concept which is applied during the project execution. For this,a website creation project is
considered where the project is related to the shopping cart of a multinational company. This
quality is controlled when the firewall for the website is utilised for the system in connection
with the wide area network and it is controlled by the information system. The website is
mainly designed for protecting data from online hacking, theft, erasure or in another case the
unauthorised access as well as the unauthorised modification.
On this regard, the quality matrix is analysed on behalf of the quality philosophies of
Deming, Juran as well as Crosby. Further, it is needed to compare the quality philosophies for
Deming, Juran and Crosby related to the quality concept.

Application of the concept of Deming on behalf of the chosen
website project:
The concept of Deming can be applied in case of quality measurement of the chosen project
of website creation as discussed before. As the Deming concept is based on the Deming cycle
as represented below figure. For the website creation, the PDCA cycle is needed to follow as
it is linked with consumer’s need and focusses on the departmental resources on behalf of the
collegial effort in order to meet the requirements of the project(Azhar, 2018). The ultimate
target is to provide the website 100 per cent hacking free security, and thus the project should
follow the Plan, do, check and act or adjust approach of Deming.

It is also observed that by following Deming concept the system can assess the supplier’s
quality in long-term scenarios and the security is needed to be under processed under
maintenance phase. As per Deming, it is also needed to delineate two types of process
improvements. On this behalf, it represents the common cause as well as the special caused
for the production. In contrary to this, the quality method such as Juran does not work best
for the quality management project. This is because, in the given technique manager has to
carry out its project until the problem in web development is resolved. Thus, the given thing
rises the overall time of web development project. Thus, the given thing will lead to raise the
cost of firm also. This thing will have direct impact on the quality of project in an effectual
way. Further, it is not effective for the manager that it should stick itself with one activity.
Thus, it is the reason why Demings principle works best for the web development quality
process.

“Conforms of requirements” as per the quality of the chosen
project
The conformance can be obtained by manufacturing through the following unbroken
sequence for the operations which is needed to begin with the end for successful meaning
which are the requirements. On this behalf, the definition of conformance says that it will
represent which is right or which is wrong on the project perspective(Mitreva, Saneva, &
Miteva, 2018). On the other hand, the conformance represents the internal requirement for
external standards. In this case, the costs, as well as the schedules, are also important for the
conformance items. In this website creation project, this conformance helps to find out the
production issues if there any. By sorting other processes, it will suggest how to lower the
waste and the project can be maintained within a defined timeline(Barad, 2018).
