After analyzing the qualities form the survey I can state that I have all the good qualities to
become a leader. The leadership quality that is important for becoming a great leader is to take the
responsibility and to fulfill the responsibility under every circumstance. In every aspect of life I try to
work with honesty and always maintain a integrity so that it becomes easy to handle any kind of situation.
Apart from this the other qualities that I have developed in fast few years is the ability to make proper
decision within correct time. However I feel it becomes important to enhance the qualities so that I can
turn out to be a great leader. The qualities includes developing the creativity knowledge and trying to
implement better innovation that will ensure proper future growth in which ever field I work for. In
addition to this one more quality that is important for becoming a good leader is the communication
skills. Every leader needs to have an effective skill of managing the team members and people so that it
can ensure an effective management of the organization. A leader with great communication skill tends to
have better growth in their fields as compared to the one with less communication skills. According to my
opinion it is important to have these skills within me so that I can ensure a better leadership towards the
people.
Based on the analysis of my skills it can be stated that I have the skill of setting up proper skills
that will help in running the real world tasks. The skills that is present within me is that I think positively
towards every situation and aims at handling the situation so that the issue can be overcome with
minimum time. Moreover I am confident about my strategies that it will ensure a better progress towards
the work. In addition to this I possess better reasoning capability. This helps in achieving success. It is
important to analyze all the real world implications so that it can ensure better benefit towards the
organization. However it is important to have the ability to think effectively so that it offers better
advantage towards the organization and people I am working for. One more factor that is important for
