Reflection on the project
In the present decades, there are many things to learn from our experience. Project
Management (PM) is a huge process for learning that is necessary for professional life.
Besides, most of the things can be managed using learning and experiences during project
processes. I learned about different types of things that are important in project completion,
such as time management, teamwork, resilience, and innovation. Besides, there are many
good things I learned during my project, which are helpful in my professional life. I will
discuss about my learning during this project and after the project as well, which is helpful in
my action plan for short term and long terms. Reflective practices are necessary to learn
about the basic processes (Bassot, 2015). This essay is based on my learning during my
project work. In this essay, I will discuss about the teamwork, time management, and
resilience.
Mostly, the project has included different difficulties. However, those issues can resolve
using previous learning as well. I learned that time management is an important factor in
project management. Thus, a project manager should about the deadlines of a different task in
the project. Moreover, every process is important for learning and experience in the whole
project. I learned that time is an important part of a project. Thus, there are some basic
processes in the project management including document creation and other more. I have
used reflective journals for learning from my experiences (Bassot, 2016).
In addition, project management is a good thing for different types of learning, such as time
management, teamwork, and many others. Most of the processes have based on particular
processes. Besides, teamwork is another important factor in project management, ass projects
have based on the different modules. Thus, communication is necessary for working as a
team in a project. I had created new skills in me based on the project. Besides, most of the
things are important for learning. Besides, the reflective model is helpful in learning, such as
Kolb’s reflective model (Brown, 2018).
Besides, I learned many new things during my project work that are reflecting in my present
work as well. I have used reflective journals, which are helpful in the basic processes of
various processes. Most of the processes have used for better outcomes in the project. There
are many changes in the project schedule based on the requirement. Teamwork can be used
for solving critical problems as well. Rapid prototype models have used for problem-solving

in the project. Besides, design thinking techniques can be used for managing different types
of works. Reflective practice is providing better knowledge management skills that can be
used for future work as well (Fook, 2010).
Moreover, Project management methodologies have used for managing issues and challenges
in a project, such as PMBOK, COBIT, ITIL, PRINCE2, and many others. There are many
good reasons to adopt such types of methodologies for project management. Software
industries have used those approaches for better outcomes (Hargreaves & Page, 2013).
Besides, I learned that innovations are necessary for better work. Therefore, it is necessary to
make us creative and innovative. It will be helpful in problem-solving. I have faced many
issues in project management. Besides, I have used design thinking approaches for problem-
solving including empathy, brainstorming, and innovation. Most of the techniques have used
for managing all the things (Kerzner, 2017).
Thus, I learned about resilience during project management, which is helpful in the
management of failure of Projects as well. I learned that we should learn from our failures as
well. It will provide strengths to handle all the things. Thus, project management has
provided experiences of failure as well. Failure of the project gives a message and reason for
failure to learn from it for ignoring the same type of mistakes in the future (Mafimisebi,
2016).
I learned that basic processes can be used for managing projects. Leadership can be used for
managing teams of a project as well. However, individual roles are necessary for the success
of a project as well. Besides, most of the processes have based on skills and learning. I have
become a reflective practitioner after the completion of that project. Reflective practitioners
can provide better outcomes using their experiences (Johns, 2017).
Therefore, I learned that academic integrity is necessary for project development, as it is part
of ethics and morals. Most of the things can be managed using project management. Besides,
reflective practices are helpful in the development of knowledge using experiences
(Lawrence-Wilkes & Ashmore, 2014). In addition, I learned from my experience about
project magenta. The reflective journal has used for learning as well (Snowdon, 2018).
Besides, Project management involves the making plans and business enterprise of a business
enterprise's resources to transport a specific venture, event, or duty toward completion. it can

budget, generation, and intellectual belongings (Kerzner, 2017).
Furthermore, Task management is regularly associated with fields in engineering and
production and, more recently, the information era, which generally have a complex set of
additives that must be finished and assembled in a fixed fashion to create a functioning
product (Mafimisebi, 2016).
Besides, the venture supervisor has a tendency to have roughly the equal task: to assist define
the dreams and targets of the venture and decide whilst the various mission additives are to be
finished and via whom. Additionally, they create pleasant manage exams to make certain
finished additives meet a positive preferred. Venture management is a vital exercise that
applies understanding of process, talents, tools, deliverables, and techniques to challenge
activities to make sure a stable path to challenge utilizing meeting desires and necessities
(Kerzner, 2017).
Besides, I have developed an action plan for the next five years based on my learning, which
can be possible using my reflective practices as well. It is the best way to use knowledge for
different types of works in a professional career.
In conclusion, I learned about reflective practices during my project work including time
management, teamwork, resilience, and many more. I learned that teamwork is helpful in the
success of a project. I have used different types of concepts, which I learned from my project
development work.
