ensure it success. These rules or the
legislation are used to provide a strict code of
guidelines that must be followed by different
project management as well as the program
management.
I have learnt that the project management
must follow a specific set of rules that sets it
apart from other kinds of management
portfolios of an organization. These laws
strictly govern the ways that the project
manager and his team will utilize to close
the project and not the actual methods to
project completion.

Frameworks A framework is necessary that guarantees that
all the rules and regulations of a particular
project are being met.
From my experience, I have observed that a
framework is necessary to cultivate a
methodical structure for any activity. The
complexity of the framework depends on
the size of the activity. In the event that the
activity is small sized, then the frame work
will be simple and easy to execute.
However, in the event that the activity is
quite large such as a project then the frame
work would be very complex.
Guidelines Guidelines is for the project management and
the team to follow to achieve success in the
projects.
I have learnt that the importance of
guidelines is significant and therefore every
task should have their own set of guidelines.
Similarly to frameworks, the guideline
would be more complex for complex
activities such as project management.

Methodologies Methodologies are the different process
structures that are followed to achieve
success. In project management there are a
huge number of methodologies that must be
followed to achieve project closure. Every
methodology is unique and must be analysed
thoroughly before applying them to different
projects.
I have learnt that the project management
methodologies are unique just like the
projects. Each project must therefore
analysed by the project managers to
establish the set of parameters that would
imply the best methodology for the
particular project.
