A beachside cottage was going to renovate that time as the owner wants to give this cottage on
rent because this was a very beautiful location so in the vacations when the tourists come here
for spending time then he can charge them for this cottage and earn the profit. The time was very
less as the vacations are starting in next 10-12 days so the renovation work is going to start very
soon and I was appointed as Project Manager for this renovation and repairing project. I had to
manage all the tasks with the working team and contractor. According to the activities and
decided budget, the budget plan is implemented for the cottage renovation project. There were
some challenges used for completing the project such as total 10 days is provided by the head of
the organization for project completion and for making this project the decided budget is
$20,000. It is acquired by the bank for a loan. For the project manager, this is so hard for
managing the project with the complete quality and efforts. It is the main part which tests my
abilities when no one is there to manage the team and the project. Therefore, I couldn’t complete
some tasks in a specific time, but if we check the complete project implementation, it can be said
that the project is successfully completed. In these times, I able to manage the teamwork for the
complete project in a specific time (Kloppenborg, 2018).
For the foreigners or the tourist, the cottage should be repaired as per their taste or their
requirements. According to the requirements, the planning of the project is been developed for
cottage renovation with a unique interior. For this renovation, the Gantt chart is developed which
divided into small-small segments or the milestones. The MS Project is the software used for
building up the chart will more than one milestone. In this, the resources and the cost were also
identified with the fixed budget as $20,000. According to the renovation budget, the cost will be
divided equally with the requirements including the time management. If the head staff wants the
progress report, then it will be provided easily with this chart. In each and every milestone, the
progress of the project will be monitored continuously that whether there is a need for
improvement or not (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016).
For better project implementation, the scheduling is the best part for completing the tasks from
time to time in each segment. In the process of scheduling, the specified time is assigned first
then after the work implementation will be started. So, I have improved the working of the
organization which has to be achieved in the given time by the organization’s head. When the
deadline of the project occurs, the scheduling is to be completed. In the beachside structure of the
cottage, it is the perfect view for the peoples or the tourists. The proper facility is provided to
them in the renovated cottage. According to the resources and the advance requirements, the
budget is decided and finalized as $20,000. The stakeholders of the organization such as project
manager, team members or the employees play a major role in their own segment of the project
(Milosevic & Martinelli, 2016). After understanding between them, the project structure is
designed and implemented. The scheduling process is the best and the appropriate format for
implementing the project in time. The complete structure was designed and developed within the
earlier budget decided by the head of the organization.

to be powerful where all the employees of the organization should know further activities to be
