The action plan the group
In action plan, major aspect that is taken into consideration in this project includes 2
sections of the table. The section are name of the participants of the project and job role that they
will be performing. The action plan starts with proper time management of project. In the initial
stages it was seen that the time management of the project has been an inefficient spot in the
project that is being performed. Project quality management and time management plays an
important role in execution of the project. During performing of the action plan I learned that
time is the paramount aspect that effects the completion of the project. This is one of the maim
aspect that affects completion of projects. Project management system also plays an important
role of execution of the entire project efficiently. Human resource helps in ensuring the project
gets going in a proper manner and hence the management of the project will get performed as per
the functioning of the project. Project tracking is also provided proper importance in this process.
Therefore as a project manager the main advantage that is provided includes maintenance of the
project so that the entire process does not lose its efficiency. These are one of the major reason
that functioning of the project gets better and proper monitoring of the project can be performed.
As per the action plan it can also be stated that communication processing is also important.
With proper understanding of communication process the main advantage that is provided after
the commencement of the entire system will get functional in a better manner. With proper
communication planning delay in project completion can be avoided. As per the action plan it
can be stated that for completion of the project deriving a proper schedule helps in better
understanding of the timeline that will be required for completion of the project. With
developing of schedule and communication plan, better communicating regarding the result of

the project can be projected and hence it is expected that the output of the project will be
performed in an efficient manner.
Reason for the choice
The reason I have chosen Shivam is that we knew each other since before initiation of the
project. He is also very hardworking, honest and reliable. Main strengths of Shivam includes
proper time management. This strengths of his will help in keeping the team in a good place.
Abid is outspoken as well as very knowledgeable. These aspects helps them in better execution
of the project. Alper is chosen for this project as through his CV we got to know that he is good
in drawing. This will help in completing of the project in a better manner. Sakaanan was chosen
as he is intelligent and a bright individual. He is also considered as an excellent problem solver.
This will help in completion of the project in a better manner. Akbar is an optimistic personality
that provides a better outlook to the entire project. Our group had all the ingredient but an
optimist. With the inclusion of Akbar this issue was also resolved.
I was the leader in the project. I was responsible for monitoring the project. This is one of
the major role that I was performing. I was having a better understanding of the project and the
participants accepted me as their leader.
Evaluation of the outcomes of the action plan
The outcome of the project can be expected to be positive as functioning of project gets
managed as per the completion of the entire scenario. Our team has performed the action plan
and performed the same accordingly. This proper following of the action plan will ensure that
processing of the project will get performed in a better manner.

Lessons learned from project management experience in this project.
I have learnt that for proper completion of the project will require a proper action plan. A
communication plan will also be performed as per the processing of the project. This will also
help in better commencing of the project. In case the management of the project is not performed
as per the required deliverable, the project will be considered as a failure. For execution of the
project as per the required deliverable will require better commencing of the project as per better
understanding of the requirement of the project must be well known to all the participants of the
project. For proper transaction of data, usage of a communication plan must be performed.
