INTRODUCTION
This mission is a vital study which represents in reality my continued desire
for personal and professional growth (PPD). In this study, I will be outlining
practical needs that I need to address by endorsing assessment studies, and
assessing their impact as a potential trained project manager on my personal
progress.
I have always trying to be a professional project manager, and I know that
only experience and knowledge about the fundamentals of trade can do this.
This is why I wanted to pursue my post-graduate education for
project Management as Master's. This is the framework for my new road map
for professional growth.
To explore my latest personal growth plan, let's start with my swot review, as
it forms the base of every strategic plan.
Strengths (Current)
Strong communiation skills.
The influence of external assistance.
For stress management, prepare in
advance.
Extended solutions quest.
Opportunities (Future)
Assessment of financial decision
viability.
Get more fun studying.
Memory enhancing strategies.
Weaknesses (Current)
There is a lack of managerial
expertise.
Useless political expression and lack
of seminar experience.
And inappropriate experience at
work.
Threats (Future)
To set priorities, use reverse
preparation.
Feel the crisis with development.
Care of fear.

IDEAL PLACEMENT ROLES
I began to check the greatest position in positioning a project manager who
was responsible for effective project creation, project preparation, design,
delivery, supervision, control and completion. This position is taken advantage
of by manufacturing, chemical industries, engineering, IT and many
companies producing services and products. "Demand for project managers
will grow faster than demand for workers in other professions over the next 10
years." according to a (Dowson, n.d.) by the Instituted Product Management
Institute. It is projected that in the United States there will be almost 214 000
new project management positions each year.
For a number of reasons, project management jobs are attractive and
suitable for my future career:
Increased demand leads to higher salaries.
There are several other avenues of developing and going forward.
Project managers are able to work in multiple sectors.
SALARY AND PACKAGES
There were several pay statistics relative to prior years in the survey. 5The
overall income dropped from £50,000 in 2016 to £57,500 in 2018,due to
higher-value contracts and a large rise in younger professionals. However,
there was a rise in 13% of individuals below 35 age (mentioned in appendix
1), who earn more than £35,000, so that give a huge opportunity for a break
through. Earnings differ in places depending on which county wherein the I
live or even how hard it is to operate. If i work in a large city such as London

IDEAL PLACEMENT BASED ON INDUSTRIAL SECTOR
Fig 2: shows the position of project manager in different sector.
Jobs provided by main industry are shown in appendix 5, and the position are:
Project coordinator: managerial entry level role for drafting and
disseminating reports. The project planner is a management committee
assistant.
Project Planner: This individual uses a project plan software tool. This role
entails reviewing and handling timetables and other records without
departments or personnel management.
Assistant Project Manager: I would need a assistant who works together
and performs activities which the project manager cannot do in very large
projects.

SECTION 2
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The time for university students to explore and create a new future for
themselves is defined as the prime time for transformation. The university
typically gives time to decide what students want and set course for a
moratorium (Welchman, 2000), a kind of "waiting" for Erickson. The principle
of Personal Development Planning (PDP) is rooted in the universities, in
addition to skills acquisition in some subjects (Allan, 2009). I've discussed the
priorities of higher learning and the current context by showing a model of four
skills in appendix 2. I agree that my talents and abilities have developed
tremendously as I think of my career growth and the degree of commitment
has grown to this exercise. Environmental plans are difficult to manage based
on my abilities in different fields. It is also a very useful area of activity that I
believe has greatly enhanced my essential competences in spatial planning
and provides a solid basis for my further professional development as shown
in table 1.

CRITICAL THINKING
The basis for what i build in individual societies and in our organizations, are
critical thinking skills. Paul and Elder define critical thinking as a way to think
about the study of project management, content or problems, by competently
taking responsibility for structures inherent in thinking, in which the thinker
improves the quality of his thinking, and sets intelligent standards (Bernstein,
1999). The following can be compared to the abandon of the park,
immediately preceeded by preconception, partial opinions, bigotry, and even
excellent prejudice: "These people complain that neither" thoughts are
expensive; they cause a lack of quality of life and of wealth.
Ask important questions and concerns by making them clear and concise.
Compare and evaluate relevant information and try to interpret it
accurately.
They arrive at reasonable conclusions and decisions and compare them
with relevant criteria and standards.
think freely in a different thought system
NETWORK SKILLS
Networking consists of individuals adopting a strategic approach to
developing and maintaining relationships that will support their personal,
professional and career goals. In the contemporary employment context

where there is decreased job security, increased movement (or mobility)
between jobs and rapid techno-logical change, looking at relationships
strategically, both at work and beyond work, for a project manager having
network degree has become increasingly important as they can work in many
sectors as shown in appendix 4. Networking is not only an important
influence in finding and keeping jobs, it also influences career success and
fulfillment. Rather than just suggesting that students grow their social media
networks, a more deliberate approach of relationship management is
proposed here.
PRESENTATION SKILLS
For the following reasons, university students can become the most
skilled presenters:
Giving lectures form part of the learning and evaluation.
This means that students at the university can give both lectures and
practise.
A presentation clearly requires high level linguistic skills in a
communications form.
There is frequently support for presentations by technology that both
exposure and access to students at universities.
TEAM WORK SKILLS
A special aspect of work is teamwork, the individualistic emphasis often
placed on schools is quite different. More opportunities for studying and
evaluating in teams are available from universities. Furthermore a degree in
company or management includes an understanding team contribution. Three
things from teamwork are immediately evident:
Synergy effect: teams can produce much more than the quantity and quality
of work they produce themselves.
Document Page
Competency field: A balanced team can develop the skills necessary for a
successful organization. A successful team isn't such a collection. They
include a mixture of qualifications and skills.
Team Roles: Various people take different roles when working in a team,
sometimes by choice, and sometimes automatically.
TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
"Time management refers to how much time I spend for certain activities I
want to organize and plan for. It may seem uncomfortable to spend precious
time training on time management in my work, but the advantages are
enormous:
A more efficient and high productivity.
Towards a reputation as a professional.
To reduce stress. Reduce stress.
Built up advancement opportunities.
Greater chance to reach important goals for life and work.
So, I gained a knowledge that Communication is sometimes pointed to as one
of the most prevalent explanations for failure of a project, i.e. late, budgetary
and/or bad results. When contact is transparent, truthful, clear, precise and is
used vertically and horizontally, productivity grows, the second presumption
stops and a secret programme is created. This lead to less tension and
dramatically higher completion rates for the project team.
Point of clarification, I decide how intentionally or implicitly we want to
communicate. Be vigilant then what you mean and how you view other
people. Watch how they react to your words and correct them if appropriate
when talking to the project team.
