Project management can –lay very crucial role in the growth and
development of the project considering all the phases of the project. The
project management emphasizes on the sequential execution of the
project phases in manner to ensure that the delivery of the project will
be delivered in successful manner. Project management is an effective
set of practices that can allow the determination of the activities and
execution of the activities those can be accomplished for the
achievement in the goals and objectives of the project.
I get to know that project management and related
practices can be beneficial in accomplishing the daily
operational activities and the activities necessary in the
deployment of a certain concentric project.

many other factors. These factors are helpful in
prioritizing the projects those will be allowing the
selection of best project those could be considered by
the project manager. It is a crucial objective for the
organization to consider the best project and
prioritization helps in achieving that task.
I faced many situations in which there were many options
for me however, prioritizing the options is a helpful trick
for assuring that the best selection has been made and the
project will be delivered in an efficient and effective
manner.

stakeholders as he or she had to take permissions and

organization. She used to impose all the decisions and

Not agreeing on the same context is a type of conflict and
disagreement during the planning phase. The proposed
timeline and budget might not be accepted by certain
stakeholders and thus, resulting in the conflict. People
belonging to different cultures, and misunderstanding due to
lack of communication could also lead to the conflicts in the
project.
I have worked in many team work
and I had faced certain situations as
mentioned, resulting in the conflict
within the group and thus, influencing
the overall project or work. However,
proper and effective communication is
